Terrible mascara: it clumps lashes, difficult to apply, flakes off and smudges easily.

I did not like the mascara at all! I have been ordering from this website for about 7 years, previously using Loreal Telescopic from the site and had no complaints! I am very disappointed! It feels like there is not mascara inside, but rather an old shoe cream (the consistency and smell are similar)!!! It clumps the lashes, flakes off, and does not lengthen! I do not recommend it!

It was liquid and impossible to apply, clumping up in my eyes, resulting in spider-like lashes. I even left it open to dry out, stopped using it, and even considered throwing it away, but couldn't bring myself to do it. And then, miraculously! A couple of weeks ago, when I tried it again, I was simply amazed! Perfect length and volume, no clumping, it's just a dream mascara. However, I'm not sure if I want to wait 4 months next time for it to start working properly.
