I bought it based on the reviews, but I didn't like it because it was not effective at all. I won't be buying it again.

Great balm! I've bought it multiple times. It moisturizes and softens the hair really well. The hair becomes soft and well-groomed.

Average balm, without any wow effect, but for such a price, I was not expecting more. The scent is unusual, it smells like baby powder.

Decent balm that fulfills its purpose, with a convenient dispenser. It has a neutral scent, almost unnoticeable.

I can't say that this balm is super amazing; it doesn't have a wow effect. For this price, you can find another nourishing balm.

I have long, smooth hair with split ends. I used to use Mirella Recupero, but it's no longer available in stores, so I was looking for a replacement. The feeling of this conditioner is not very good. The smell is unpleasant, somewhere between chemical and medicinal, but fortunately not too strong. It doesn't seem to dry out my hair and they shine, but they tangle a lot and become static, so I have to comb them frequently throughout the day and use an additional leave-in product for ease. The conditioner itself doesn't feel soft and creamy on my fingers, but rather stiff and alcoholic. When applying it to wet hair, it makes a squeaking sound as if it's been wiped with alcohol. I found a solution by applying oily hair before washing and leaving it on for about 2 hours. After washing, I mix this conditioner with "Bottega Verde with cashmere," and then my hair becomes soft, manageable, and voluminous.

Super balm. Leaves hair soft and manageable without weighing it down. I purchased it together with the shampoo, and I am absolutely thrilled.
