I tried out the Alfaparf hair dye with developer and received oil as a gift. The oil, like others, makes the hair greasy, but what surprised me more was the smell! It is important to smell it somewhere before buying it! I can't say that I don't like it, but it also repels me! To me, it clearly smells like a floor cleaner or polish.

Oh, the smell! If you enjoy the scent of household chemicals, this is it! It reminds me of a cleaning solution or a polish, something like the smell of this oil. Unfortunately, it makes my hair feel greasy. However, the packaging is impressive and I will continue using it until it runs out.

The oil is simply perfect. I first received a sample as a gift (from another store), which lasted me twice. I fell in love with this product! I found it much cheaper on a makeup website, so I ordered a 30ml bottle with a European formula. I apply it to damp hair after washing, comb it through, and then blow dry. Firstly, the smell is divine. Some say it resembles men's perfume - I would rather say it's more unisex, with a luxurious and very pleasant aroma that lingers on the hair for a long time. My natural and fine hair doesn't get greasy or weighed down, like other oils I've tried, but it does make combing easier and adds softness and shine. It doesn't make my hair frizzy, and it styles easily - and I don't even use conditioner, just shampoo and this oil. I will definitely order more!!!

Girls, I can't get enough of my hair, they just dissolve in my hands, if I can put it that way. They are soft, loose, and never get tangled. I am a natural brunette. I would place them on the same level as "Breel" crystals.

The oil is really good (specifically because there is no other like it in the same bottle). There are a million similar oils out there, but this one makes my hair better and better, instead of getting dry after washing. I use it along with the leave-in nourishing cream by Alfaparf in the big pink tube. After that, I dry my hair 80% and apply 2-3 pumps of the oil, then I completely dry it. Finally, I use a flat iron. I am buying this oil for the second time, which is rare for me.

This is an amazing product. Do not apply it to the roots, it's better to start from the middle of your hair. Two presses are enough for long hair. Thank you, Makeup, for the affordable prices. ♡

No. It's a pity for the wasted money. Cheaper oils like Elsève are much better than this one. It does absolutely nothing for dry ends... except drying them out even more. And that grandma smell... No, absolutely not.

I placed an order from Europe 20 days ago. I ordered liquid crystals from Alfaparf. Usually, I don't pay in advance, but this time I paid right away. I waited for two weeks, then I called Makeap and they said that the package had just arrived in Ukraine. The courier called me. I told him that I was away and would return in a couple of days, but he said they could accept my package. I said it could be delivered not on that day, but in a few days, whenever it was convenient. The courier said thank you and that he would deliver it as soon as he was in my area.

I returned home after a few days, and the courier didn't call for a couple more days. I called him myself. And for the next three days, when I called him every two hours, he promised that he would come in half an hour. The last straw of my patience was when we agreed to meet at a specific location, and I drove there to meet him. He didn't even answer the phone call. So, I called Makeup again and told them that I hadn't received the package. After a long conversation, they assured me that the package would be delivered soon. At the end of the conversation, I informed the operator that on the website, in my personal account, my package was marked as refused and canceled. In other words, the courier decided to send my paid package back to Europe!!! And they did. Moreover, during the conversation with the operator, I told him myself! And the girl said, "Oh, yes! But we will arrange a refund, and the package will be back in five days!" I was furious! I asked them to deliver my paid package today! But they said it was not possible, I had to wait! I wanted to complain to the management or write a complaint, but they told me on the phone that I could only talk to the operator. As compensation, they offered me a discount of 70 UAH for a future purchase, but I refused such a gesture. I really hope that I will receive my paid package within a maximum of 5 days, as they promised again!
