This is the first shampoo in my life that didn't work for me. After using it, my hair becomes greasy, even though I wash it twice.

They say that the function of shampoo is only to cleanse the hair. And it is not necessary to worry about the choice. However, for me, there is a huge difference in using a regular mass-market shampoo and a professional one. This shampoo is simply unparalleled. With it, the color of the dye does not fade for a long time and, most importantly, after washing, the hair does not become frizzy. It is smooth, obedient, and shiny. I also recommend the mask from the same series.

This is the worst shampoo I have ever bought. It dried out my scalp so much that I developed dandruff. I have never had dandruff before.

I find it very difficult to choose shampoo. My roots are oily, the ends are dry, my hair is bleached, and dandruff appears from most products.

But this shampoo pleased me. It is economical, and my hair is obedient and shiny after using it. I haven't had any dandruff in 3 months of use. I wash my hair every other day, which is normal for me. If your scalp gets oily frequently, buy yourself a peeling product and use it once a week.

I have thin, sensitive hair. I usually do highlights and tone with Wella Color Touch 9.16. I have been using L'Oreal Professional hair care products for almost 20 years. I have tried changing, but I always come back to them. So this time, while being evacuated, I bought a different professional shampoo, and I couldn't wait for it to finish so I could go back to L'Oreal Professional. This shampoo smells great, creates a delicate and pleasant lather, and doesn't make my dyed hair dull. My hair looks shiny and smooth after using it.

I gave it a 5-star rating, and believe me, it is well-deserved. I live in Nikolaev, and if anyone knows, the tap water here is seawater and salty. So, this is probably the only shampoo that can handle such hard water and still make my hair soft. Even the CHI shampoo, unfortunately, cannot handle it. However, it didn't work for me - my hair doesn't look fresh after using it, doesn't fall nicely, and feels slightly sticky near the roots when touched. I wash my hair almost every day, rinse it well 1-2 times depending on how dirty it is, followed by conditioner on the lengths, all according to the rules. But unfortunately, it didn't suit my hair at all. I used it for about a week and a half. I will have to give almost half a liter of expensive shampoo to my mother-in-law.
