My friend and I ordered this product from a different online store. Both of us experienced an itching sensation after using the shampoo.

I didn't buy it here. I've been using it since June and I've tried many shampoos from this brand. This one is the best. I have porous, thin, and very wavy hair, and I wash it every day. This shampoo not only cleanses perfectly but also gives great volume, allowing me to wash my hair every other day. My hair is more voluminous and loose. I also use the leave-in conditioner from the same line, and it works wonderfully! It may vary for everyone, but for its price, it's the best I've tried so far. It doesn't weigh down my hair with silicones, and I haven't experienced any negative effects. I highly recommend it!

Unfortunately, it didn't work at all. After about the third use, I started experiencing itching, dandruff, and increased hair loss. I even developed a rash (behind the ear). This is the first time I've had such a reaction to a shampoo.

The scent is intriguing and pleasant, but as a shampoo, it didn't do anything special for me.
