I didn't buy it on the website. If you don't mind the warehouse smell (it smells like coke oil and silicone), and you like sweet scents that last well, then go for it. I would buy it again just for the scent.
The scent is very overpowering and unpleasant.
I use it together with the shampoo from the same series. After using it, my hair becomes soft, silky, and tangle-free.

Purely for the scent, I would give it 3 stars, but as a balm itself, it's not very effective at moisturizing and my hair became tangled after using it.

I have been buying this balm for the third time along with the same shampoo. At first, I fell in love with the scent because I love everything coconut. In the beginning, I liked how my hair looked, but then something went wrong. I stopped using them and now I've come back to them again, and everything is good once more. I can't understand what happened, maybe it's true what many people say that it doesn't rinse well because the water pressure is not always good. But if you wash your hair well, they become smooth, lightweight, and very fragrant. Overall, they are currently one of my favorites.

I didn't like it! The shampoo from this series is really great! However, the conditioner dries out the ends and makes them stick together like icicles, and it tangles the hair! As a result, the hair ends up looking very sparse and thin after using the conditioner!
I really liked it, my hair is smooth and shiny. Looking for the downsides: it reduces volume, but adds sweetness and makes it slightly greasy. However, the effect is great.
