This is a really good conditioner. It makes my hair shine beautifully. However, using just this conditioner alone won't have much effect. I have contouring highlights in my hair, and thanks to this conditioner, the lightened strands don't turn yellow.

The effect is too weak, although I wasn't expecting much from this balm. I think it would be suitable if you have just dyed your hair and already have a cool shade to maintain the color, using it as a mask after each wash. However, it doesn't provide enough nourishment for my hair. The fusion mask from the same brand, combined with oil, works better for my hair. So using this balm every time is not an option for me, but then I won't be able to see any results either.

I wanted to find a product that I could use occasionally to give my hair a cool tone. But this is not it. First, I applied it to towel-dried hair for 15 minutes, but I didn't see any effect at all. Then, I got frustrated and applied it to dry hair, using most of the tube for 15-20 minutes, and maybe my hair became 0.0001% cooler. I didn't see any noticeable effect. Maybe if I use it after each wash for a month or two, I might see something. The plus side is that it doesn't dry out the hair.

But clearly, this product is not for me. I used to have a perfect balm for this purpose, but they stopped producing/importing it. I will continue searching.

This product is very gentle and leaves my hair feeling pleasant. I was recommended this conditioner at the salon: tilt your head, apply it all over your scalp, gently massage it in, and comb through. Leave it on for 3-5 minutes, as suggested on the packaging. Currently, I am growing out my roots, and I want my hair to look not yellow and well-groomed. That's why I really like it; the color is nice, and there is no cheap bleaching effect. In situations like this, I always ask: would you recommend it? Well, I would definitely recommend it, I even ordered it for my mom!

Based on my hair stylist's recommendation, I bought the entire range. Overall, the conditioner is doing a great job. Everything else is not worth even considering. My hair is in very good condition after using it. There is a subtle tinting effect, which is suitable for maintenance. However, do not expect it to work wonders in other situations. Especially if you do not use it regularly or neglect the quality of water or other hair care products (when the water is hard, nothing will help, and if your hair is dry and fine, it won't hold the blonde color no matter how much you assist it with all these conditioners).

The balm (for hair care) is not bad. It is generally economical in usage. However, if you accidentally squeeze it too much, a lot of product comes out. I once spilled a whole handful, and you can't put it back. The hair feels very nice after using it. But I didn't achieve the desired color result. I started using this balm immediately after lightening my hair to a very cool shade. After the second or third hair wash, my hair didn't turn yellow... but acquired a warm beige tint. I won't be buying it again.
