Place the flosser between teeth, into the space between your teeth, under braces or other dental appliances. Gently guide it by using a zig-zag motion. Rinse after use. Dentists recommend using it before brushing your teeth. This will allow active ingredients contained in the toothpaste to better penetrate the enamel.
Caution: do no use right after filling the teeth and when your gums bleed.

Terrible. It tears apart. The thread is not tight, but rather loose. In addition, it is too thick. Compared to Manorm and Dr. Morgen, it is unforgivable.
These products work well for me, and I have been using them for a long time.
Terrible flosser. The thread breaks and gets stuck between the teeth!
The cleaning process is inconvenient. It feels like there are multiple small ribbons that get stuck and clean with a scraping sound. I do not recommend it.
There is indeed not a thin thread, but rather a flat ribbon, but I think this is actually an advantage. With these flossers, I have never removed as much plaque as with regular thread. Now I only buy them.
Uncomfortable floss picks. It feels as if a thin ribbon is inserted instead of a thread, which prevents thorough cleaning.
