Do a traditional hybrid manicure. After applying a top coat, take a small amount of the nail powder onto your applicator brush. Rub it onto the nail until full coverage is achieved. Take a nail buffer and gently run it over the free edge of your nail. This will remove any loose powder that will otherwise prevent the top coat from sticking. Finish by applying a final layer of the top coat and cure with a LED lamp for 60 seconds.
I ordered the hair treatment shown in the picture, but I received a different one. I haven't tried it yet on my hair.
