This product description is quite strange, as it is just a regular nail polish. Not a gel polish! I have been using it for a year now, bought it in Europe. It applies well and also lasts quite decently.

When I applied the polish on the base, it didn't spread well (clumping, etc.), and it didn't dry at all under the lamp. I even had the impression that it was just regular polish. I went back to the information about the polish on the website, and I followed all the application recommendations. The polish turned out to be very poor, I can't even call it a gel polish.
