This is my first time using a serum, as I have only used beard oil before. The serum is much better than the oil:

1. You only need a tiny amount, 1-2 pumps for the entire beard (my beard is short, around 2-3 cm).
2. It absorbs quickly and doesn't feel noticeable after an hour.

One important note: The serum doesn't hold the shape of my beard, but this might be just my experience.

The consistency of the gel is similar to Gillette shaving cream, so it has a familiar scent. It performs well in terms of its functions: it keeps my beard in place, maintains its shape, and even adds a slight shine.
