It immediately smears and smudges on the eyelids. I couldn't get the hang of it. Girls say that you have to apply it with a base, but I haven't tried it.

The pencil is not bad. However, the lead breaks very easily when sharpening, making it impossible to have a sharp tip and draw a thin line.

The pencil is only suitable for the mucous membrane. The eyeliner stays in place for about two hours, then leaves an imprint on the upper eyelid, even though it is fixed with eyeshadow on top. Additionally, my skin is not oily. The sharpener also works decently, but the lead breaks easily. In short, the pencil is not worth its price, it's better to opt for something from Eveline instead.

If applied to clean eyelid skin, the pencil definitely smudges quickly. However, it holds up quite well on an eyelid base. It doesn't stay on the mucous membrane, only between the lashes.
