This shampoo is terrible. It doesn't do anything to enhance color, and it leaves my hair feeling like straw. Plus, it stains my hands and turns the bathtub blue.

I transitioned from black hair to blonde using this product, with a red stage in between. I must say, the copper color washes out well even after the first wash. I use it in combination with a blue mask (conditioner). I leave the shampoo on for 10 minutes, followed by the mask for another 10 minutes. However, be careful as the bathtub and your hands will turn blue. So, proceed with caution.

I bought a shampoo and a mask. The packaging stated that the series is for dark blond and brunette shades. I have a dark blond with a hint of red, so I thought it would be a perfect match. However, after the first use, there was no effect on my hair, even though I kept the shampoo on my head for 5 minutes and the mask for 10 minutes as indicated by the timer (I also squeezed out the excess moisture with a towel beforehand). The copper shade remained the same, there was absolutely no neutralization, and nothing changed at all. I will continue testing it, hoping that it will work better next time and have a cumulative effect. But for now, I am disappointed.

I liked it, it dries out a bit, which is what I was aiming for, but not as much as Loreal, Estel, or Concept. It washes out well. The color became less coppery and slightly cooler.

The entire bathroom will be covered in blue splashes. It does get rid of the yellowing, but only temporarily. I do not recommend using these products every 3 days. As a bonus with my order, I received a small bottle of Total Results Keep Me Vivid Shampoo, which I alternate with the blue shampoo. I liked the gift bottle more as it leaves my hair salon-like and makes styling easy. The scent is great. I will only use the blue Matrix shampoo for removing yellowing, not for daily hair washing. It's not really a shampoo, more like a toner for colored hair, even though it can be washed out. The mask also lacks any nourishing ingredients for the hair.
