I really liked this conditioner, it made my hair smooth and shiny. I also occasionally use a mask from the same brand. The only slight difficulty is squeezing it out due to its thick consistency. As a bonus, they also sent a wonderful cosmetic bag.

I had a bad experience with this product. It left my hair dry and it's difficult to squeeze out of the bottle. It didn't provide any results at all. The only positive thing about it is its incredible smell.

I have been using this conditioner for 1.5 months in combination with the shampoo. It is necessary to apply a lot of conditioner, otherwise it feels like there are tangles in the hair and it gets tangled when applying it. It adds volume to my porous hair. The packaging is terrible because the conditioner is thick and it is very difficult to squeeze it out of the thick plastic bottle, especially towards the end. I had to dilute it with water. I'm waiting to finish using it, throw it away, and forget about it. I do not recommend it!

I really liked this product. It has a scent similar to men's cologne, but it doesn't last long (up to 30 minutes). It smoothes, nourishes, and makes the hair obedient. The difference is strongly felt when I don't use this product and my hair immediately becomes stiff (like it was before I started using it). The bottle is deformed, completely scratched and worn out. The paint on the logo is unevenly applied, which a genuine brand would never allow, so this is definitely a fake! I have many Chi products purchased offline in the EU, and they are wonderful. However, this is not Chi, it's simply awful. The hair is natural and not dyed, but where the product wasn't applied, it's shiny and flowing. Where the product was applied, the hair is tangled, stiff, and dry. It feels like straw that clings together even though I applied the liquid silk that always works perfectly. Unfortunately, it didn't help. This conditioner actually dried out my hair to the point where even silk couldn't fix it.

This conditioner is fantastic and fulfills all the expected functions. I will definitely buy it again, as I followed my hairdresser's advice and got the 355ml bottle. It gave me the idea to find a perfume with the same scent, which I really like. If anyone has already found it, please let me know.

I don't know how much I have tried on myself, but I can definitely write a review about this incredible product. It is even better than Olaplex! It truly works and has a cumulative effect. I have porous and damaged hair, and it works wonders on it.

The only reason I'm deducting one star is because of the packaging. Squeezing out a portion of the conditioner from this large bottle is a quest for the persistent. My goodness, to get a portion of the balm, you have to go through a month-long intensive training of hand squeezing exercises. It's only manageable if you transfer it into a diffuser with a dispenser, otherwise it's a psychological challenge with every use. I will definitely buy it again though, the price is good for such quality.

This is just an ordinary conditioner that didn't work very well for me. I tried using it as a mask and left it on for half an hour under a heat cap. The mask was just average. It had a scent similar to men's deodorant, but it quickly faded away.

For even the most damaged hair, this is a game-changer. It is much more effective than Olaplex No. 2, the second restorative treatment. Leave it on your hair for about seven minutes, no need to wrap it with anything.

This is the best product I have used in recent years. My curly, color-treated hair is grateful. I have read many negative reviews. I want to share my opinion! First of all, people say that it doesn't have any effect. This complex is amazing. People just don't know how to read!!!! Wash your hair and towel dry it, then apply it to damp hair!!! Put on a cap and leave it on for at least 10 minutes. And that's it!!! Your hair will be fabulous! One more thing: this system works effectively as a whole! Use the Keratin mist first and then the silk. It's an unreal system. Your hair will come to life. You just need to know how to read! Analyze and systematize the information provided by the manufacturer.

Honestly, in terms of effectiveness, Dr. Sante is a million times better and much cheaper as well (I have natural hair prone to frizziness). Firstly, the packaging is extremely inconvenient (mine is 355ml), the plastic needs to be squeezed with all your might from the very first use just to get something out. The scent? The silk line has a more pleasant smell, but it's difficult to describe it as such. As for the after-feeling, it's as if I washed my hair with shampoo and that's it (I wear a shower cap for at least 10 minutes). I don't recommend wasting money on this product.

Ladies, I want to give you some heartfelt advice - this product is absolutely useless (if comments were not being checked, I would have used a stronger word). It doesn't provide any effect whatsoever as a conditioner, let alone as a mask. The professional Loreal product works much better, so I recommend that one. This product is just a silly waste of money.

Not bad, but the air conditioner of the same brand from the series with argan oil worked much better.

It suits my straight, thin, colored hair very well - they absorb it instantly. My hair becomes smooth and soft after using it. It doesn't weigh them down.

It took some time to get used to the scent (it smells like men's cologne).

However, I didn't get along with the shampoo from this series - it completely deprives my hair of any volume.

I love it, I really do! And I would sell my soul for its fragrance. To achieve complete happiness, I just need a hair perfume spray from this line. My hair is long, blonde air touch. In terms of length, it always lacks moisture. This product effectively softens and nourishes, leaving my hair beautifully voluminous. Even though my hair is naturally straight, this conditioner noticeably seals and smoothes the cuticles, to the extent that I don't even need to use a straightener for extra smoothness.

Amazing shampoo and conditioner! The shampoo may not be suitable for those who like to wash their hair until it squeaks, as it provides very gentle cleansing. I highly recommend it for damaged hair!
