The shampoo is just like any other shampoo. I'm almost finished with it, but I haven't noticed any added volume at all.

I ordered a set from this brand for the first time, which included shampoo and conditioner. I used them for over a month and came to the following conclusions: the shampoo does not provide any volume at all. After washing and drying my hair, I had to use dry shampoo to add some volume to the roots. I used the conditioner throughout the length of my hair, avoiding the roots by about 4-6 cm. Where I didn't use the conditioner, my hair became dry and tangled. Additionally, my hair started to fall out, which had never happened before. The only positive aspect I can mention is the scent.

However, with this shampoo, they became dry and lost their appearance over time. It's worth trying, but I won't buy this particular type again.

This product does not work miracles on hair at all, there is no volume whatsoever. There are cheaper shampoos that are much better than this one. I have been using it for three weeks and my head has become terribly greasy after using it. I will not buy it again. Among the expensive options, I recommend Paul Mitchell, it really works. I have thin hair and oily scalp! I wash my head every day! Don't expect much volume from it, it cleans the head well, leaving the hair soft and well-groomed. BUT it quickly becomes greasy - that's the main downside for me, especially in the summer!

This shampoo is not bad, but I only like it when used together with the same conditioner. On its own, it's not that great, but I appreciate that it's gentle on the hair because it's sulfate-free, which is not very common. After using it, I apply the conditioner from the same series on the length of my hair, excluding the roots(!), and my hair becomes perfect - soft to the touch, easy to style, blow-dries beautifully, doesn't get frizzy anywhere, and has a slight volume.

This shampoo is really great. I used to be hooked on the French brand PHYTO and was looking for a worthy alternative. Well, CHI is definitely worth the money: it has a wonderful scent, leaves my hair salon-like, and I noticed that it doesn't absorb any foreign odors. Plus, a little goes a long way and it lathers up nicely. I will probably buy a larger bottle next time.

Oh, I've been wanting to try this shampoo for a long time, so despite its rating of 3, I still bought it... and I can't put it any higher than that. It really struggles to reach a three, and that's only because of my respect for the brand chi, which usually provides quality products! The price/quality ratio is simply unjustified! So, after washing, my scalp itches a little at first, there is a slight increase in volume (as much as the shampoo can give), but the hair quickly starts to look dirty. If I wash it in the morning, by evening it doesn't look good at all, and this is considering that before this, I used the chi series with argan oil (my hair stayed clean for two days), and my hair type is closer to dry. Terrible! I fell for the consultant's persuasion and bought both the shampoo and conditioner. As a result, my hair feels and looks awful. It was impossible to style them with a hairdryer. I didn't get any shine, silkiness, or joy from this purchase.

The worst shampoo I've ever used, it made my hair extremely dry and caused dandruff! When used with the conditioner, my hair felt like straw! I should have moisturized and nourished them with expensive masks to avoid this disaster! I gave it to my mom in horror, maybe it will work for her. I won't try anything else from this brand anymore, they should stick to washing astronauts (they work with NASA).
