I have been using it for a long time. I mix it with shampoo and use it twice a week as recommended by my hairdresser.

The hairdresser recommended this shampoo as it effectively tones the hair. The shade it gives is really nice. Just adding a small amount of it to your regular shampoo and washing your hair (no more than 1-2 times a week) is enough. Of course, using hair masks or oil additionally is also recommended. That's the whole secret to hair care. As for drying out the hair, coloring it also dries it out... there should be a balance and proper application in everything. I liked it and will happily continue using it.
