I have tried many different products and I have settled on this one, it's simply amazing! The price is definitely high, BUT it is worth it! My skin feels velvety and well taken care of, there is no mask effect! It is very economical to use! It would be more convenient if it had a dispenser. I purchased it during the summer and it doesn't run or make my face shine in the heat! I give it a solid 5!

La Prairie is a miraculous foundation that also acts as a concealer. Regarding the concealer, I have problem areas (I am 35 years old) under my eyes due to some unsuccessful procedures. I am currently fighting this issue, but I really needed a good concealer to cover up the problematic area under my eyes. I have tried many brands, but I won't list them all. I will just say that La Prairie stays in place like a nail. It is thick like a mask and provides excellent coverage. It doesn't settle into wrinkles and doesn't dry out throughout the day. My skin is dry, so I am very satisfied.

Now let's talk about the shade. I didn't know until I tested it beforehand, but the concealer is about two shades lighter than the foundation, which is very pleasing.

Moving on to the foundation: the only downside is that it doesn't have a pump dispenser, so I have to constantly unscrew the bottle, which is very inconvenient. But I am willing to forgive this inconvenience because of its fantastic texture and medium coverage. It also covers my pigmentation, and I can layer it without it drying out or sliding off. It lasts for about seven hours during the day, as long as I don't touch my face. I touch up my makeup with the same brand's powder, and the combination of the powder and foundation is the best luxury option for me.

After application, the foundation adapts to my skin and is completely invisible. It gives a radiant glow, as if the skin is shining from within, but without any shimmer. The formula itself is wonderful. I can use it on its own without powder, but I apply powder for a matte finish, depending on my mood. There are many shades available, with yellow and pink undertones. I have two shades with a pink undertone: Peche, which is lighter, and Golden Beige for the summer. It is quite expensive, but it is worth it, especially considering its nourishing and lifting properties. I am happy with it and don't want to change anything for now.

Concealer - a miracle. The best product I've ever had, and I've tried Dior, Clinique, Shiseido, Helena Rubinstein, Yves Saint Laurent. It doesn't feel heavy like a mask, doesn't run throughout the day, doesn't settle into wrinkles, and conceals dark circles excellently. It also moisturizes really well. The best product for under the eyes!

However, there are some downsides to the foundation. Firstly, it only comes in a 40ml size. Secondly, the applicator is not convenient as you have to scoop it out and then apply it to your face. Sometimes you take too much, sometimes too little, and it's annoying to have to dip into the jar again. It's really frustrating. One undeniable advantage is that it gives your face a fresh and even color, which people around you will notice. It also doesn't run or settle into the skin, and it lasts well on dry and oily-prone areas like the T-zone.

The brush is synthetic and I haven't tried using it, but in my opinion, it's a useless item.

I can't say anything about the claimed skincare benefits - there haven't been any positive changes. In general, the quality of this foundation is similar to Lancome Teint Miracle, very similar indeed.

So, I would recommend buying the concealer for under the eyes (for those who are budget-conscious), but think twice about the foundation. If the price doesn't bother you, go for it. Rating: 5, with a slight drawback.
