This is a great non-greasy cream that conceals without drying out the skin. It doesn't look like a mask and doesn't cause blackheads or breakouts, even on oily skin. It provides good mattifying effect, so I don't need to use powder throughout the day.

I bought this product based on a recommendation from TikTok. I have combination skin and always have some breakouts. Surprisingly, this foundation doesn't affect them at all, which is great. The coverage is really nice and naturally matte, and what I like the most is that it's quite dense, meaning it conceals imperfections effectively.

For its price, it is almost perfect. It matches the tone nicely.

But with age, and I am 42 years old, I want something light and weightless on my face, because lately, other foundations clog my pores or cause random breakouts. So I decided to try this one. I must say, I liked it right away. It is light, you can't see it on my face, and it's not long-lasting, but I have oily skin, so even super mattifying ones don't stay on me, so it's okay for me. I want to say that shade 3 is light with a yellow undertone.

Great foundation. I apply it over my daily moisturizer. Highly recommended.

I recommend this product to girls/women with thin fair skin and a tendency towards excessive dryness or allergies. I personally had a severe allergy (to medication), resulting in red patches, and I still had to go to work. I used this product to even out my complexion - it didn't burn or cause itching. This is the only product I have been buying for years. It is of very high quality.

Shade 02 is suitable for fair skin. It doesn't overly cover the skin tone, but for full coverage, you need to apply the product in several layers.

I have allergies to all cosmetics, but this foundation doesn't cause any allergic reactions even when applied on/under the eyes.

Minus:
The dispenser only dispenses a large portion of the cream. I end up wasting 2/3 of it every time. As a result, the foundation runs out very quickly. If we translate this into money, a bottle with a poor dispenser is equivalent to a bottle with a normal dispenser costing around 750 UAH.

My skin is dry and light.

As for the negatives - Shade 01-Light porcelain should be white, light, definitely not intensely yellow. It's good that it looks a bit lighter on the face and adapts to the skin tone. Definitely not for fair-skinned people. The coverage is medium, it also moderately hides imperfections.

I don't know about the moisturizing effect, but there is definitely a sticky feeling. My whole face feels sticky, like I'm a sticky tape that flies should stick to.

It doesn't sit evenly on the face, with bumps and patches. I've used fingers and brushes, it's all the same.

As for the positives - If we don't nitpick, it looks natural and enhances dryness, flakes, hairs, wrinkles under the eyes, etc.

If it's truly hypoallergenic and doesn't cause itching or breakouts in future use, I will buy another foundation from the same hypoallergenic brand, Bell, next time. Maybe they will have lighter shades for me and a better consistency.

I have been ordering Bell cosmetics not for the first time. I am pleased with both the quality and the prices. I used to use the CC cream, but it is currently out of stock, so I took a risk and ordered the moisturizing mattifying fluid. And I don't regret it. It is perfect for my fair, oily skin type. It truly mattifies for a long time, about 6 hours, which was not the case with the CC cream. The texture is light, you don't feel it on your face, and the color seems to have a slight yellowish tint (I chose the first shade), but this sensation disappears upon application. If you are looking for a mattifying lightweight foundation (more like a BB cream), I recommend giving it a try.

I expected more from this foundation. My makeup bag consists mostly of Bell products, but this one seems to not suit me. The bottle is convenient, but the dispenser has a downside - it's difficult to squeeze out the cream neatly, as it requires a lot of pressure and ends up dispensing too much (and even shoots far). It emphasizes all the dry patches, even ones that weren't initially visible. And this is with a well-moisturized face... I tried to get used to it, applying it with my fingers, a brush, and a sponge - it sits poorly on the face regardless of the method.
