I ordered the entire argan series one and a half months ago. What can I say? While I can still somehow use the mask and balm, the shampoo did not suit me at all. I have thick, straight hair that is easy to comb even with just my fingers, and I have never had any issues with it. But after washing with this shampoo, it was a disaster. I couldn't use it for more than a month. It doesn't cleanse my thick hair properly and is difficult to rinse out from the roots. It leaves my hair feeling and looking dirty. My hair became tangled and fluffy, and it was difficult to comb even with the use of conditioner. It caused excessive hair loss, and I think it was due to the fact that it didn't rinse well and remained on the roots. And as we all know, if the roots are dirty and not "breathing," hair loss begins. I switched to another shampoo from a completely different brand, and everything returned to normal. My hair felt revived. So, the reason was definitely this shampoo. I decided to give it to a friend instead of throwing it away. She used it for a week and described the same issues that I mentioned here. Therefore, it didn't suit her either. Based on my personal observations and experience, I would not recommend it, but you can decide whether to buy it or not.
