Great conditioner, hair is smooth and shiny.
Thank you Makeup for the timely delivery! As for the balm, it's decent, but nothing more than that. I bought it as part of a set with the shampoo and mask of the same series. The product is alright, but it's not any better than a "mass market" option, like Loreal 6 oils, for example. I have slightly wavy hair, and after using Wella Oil Reflections Luminous, it tends to get a bit frizzy. I didn't notice the shine I was expecting either.
This conditioner is amazing. It has a mask-like consistency, not watery at all. After using it, my hair feels soft and shiny, and it has a delightful perfume scent. The only downside is that it tends to run out quite quickly due to its larger consumption rate.
The balm is decent, but definitely not worth its price. It made my uncolored, fluffy hair softer, but it didn't make it shinier and the ends remained fluffy.
I was pleasantly surprised by this product considering its price. It is far better than Kérastase, which costs a fortune.

I have never come across a conditioner better than this one for my hair (which is long, not thick, natural, and slightly lightened at the ends, making them dry). Just leave it on for 2-5 minutes and comb through effortlessly, while your hair shines and styles beautifully. It has a cumulative effect (I have been using it for over a year). The scent is simply the best, like an expensive yet subtle perfume, which lingers on the hair until the next wash. It's a shame that it's currently out of stock, I am really disappointed because I had no plans to replace it.
I have naturally untreated hair, but my hairdresser recommended this product to combat dry ends. I didn't like it, as it was not cost-effective. For this price, you can find cheaper and more beneficial options.

I follow all the rules, with a slight addition. I apply the conditioner to slightly dried hair, distribute it, comb it with a wide-toothed comb, cover it with a shower cap... and leave it on for 15-20 minutes.

After using this conditioner, the hair becomes very soft, shiny, easy to comb, and simply looks well-groomed. The only downside is that the effect is purely cosmetic and only immediate after application. Therefore, it is not suitable for repairing damaged hair.
The conditioner and shampoo of this series are really great. They are suitable for bleached hair, but unfortunately after some time, the hair gets used to them and the smoothness and well-groomed effect that were initially present are no longer there.

I leave it on for a long time, around 20-40 minutes, and the results are excellent - my hair becomes soft, smooth, and shiny, with a delightful aroma! It also helps to smooth out my hair. It nourishes my dry ends perfectly, even without applying any oil. I have never experienced such an effect on my ends from any other mask, and this is just a balm!
