Terrible service! I ordered these perfumes for the first time, and when the courier delivered them, I couldn't find the batch code. I called the manager, but she was not knowledgeable about this issue. She said she would check with the supplier and call me back. Three days passed, and no one called. The order was paid for, but no one is refunding the money.

I called to clarify the situation and found out that no one is dealing with it. Manager Oksana placed an order for the same perfumes for me, after calling the warehouse and finding out that the batch code is in black letters on the box.

The courier arrives and brings the perfumes with a broken tester as a gift and a receipt for a higher amount of 140 hryvnias, which I have to pay in cash. I call to find out what the problem is, why should I pay twice for the perfumes and even more than the price? Why wasn't I informed that I had to have cash for payment?

After lengthy negotiations and wasted time, Manager Oksana finally agrees to keep the original price. But! I don't have cash with me, and I have to leave for business. The courier says he can't deliver the perfumes later, so I should take a taxi and go to him myself.

Dear Makeup management, I am a loyal customer, and when last year the courier didn't answer calls and arrived at 6:00 pm instead of 2:00 pm when I was already gone, I didn't complain.

But now the situation is beyond acceptable. Your managers have created a problem twice. I need the perfumes today, but the manager suggests postponing it for the third time. And the courier suggests taking a taxi and going to him to pick up the perfumes due to the manager's mistake.

I suggest you fine the manager and pay these funds to a new courier today or reimburse me for the taxi fare.

And please consider that due to the manager's incompetence, I have spent a lot of time trying to resolve the situation. The manager didn't offer any solutions, except for me refusing the product! Is that how they should sell? By causing losses to you? Furthermore, I'm not getting paid for my wasted time, while she sits at work knowing nothing and receives money.

When I asked to be connected to the management, Manager Oksana said it was impossible!

Are you serious? You have terrible service, and there's no way to report it?

No one has brought me any apologies.

I didn't buy it here, but I want to say that it is simply an amazing fragrance! As they say, you get what you pay for! This scent is not for fans of something light. It is suitable for cool seasons and evenings. It definitely doesn't smell like an old lady. It has a hint of masculinity, but not too much.
