I am adding to my praised review below. The gel is fine, but it broke very quickly. It turned out that the plastic tube on the dispenser fell off. Nivea, what kind of defect is this? I have no issues with the makeup itself, but the manufacturer could have done a better job of ensuring quality.

The gel is good. The only downside is that too much comes out when squeezed, and then it leaks a little. The previous one, a different brand from Nivea, didn't have this issue. By the way, it's truly antibacterial. I've noticed that after using it to shave my underarms in the morning, there's practically no body odor throughout the day. Today, I even dared to go shopping in almost hot weather without using my usual antiperspirant, and miracle of miracles, there's no body odor! (which is usually a big problem for me). I don't know what they add to the formula to control bacteria, but the effect is powerful.
