Did not meet expectations. I wouldn't say it greatly softens the beard. A good balm does a much better job. Additionally, the alcohol content in the formula is concerning as it dries out the skin and hair regardless. Furthermore, the usage instructions are unclear. The jar says one thing, the packaging says another. The scent is pleasant and the menthol refreshes the skin, plus the price is nice. However, I wouldn't buy it again.

The scent is pleasant and the beard feels soft to the touch immediately after use. However, the next day, it needs to be styled again. Additionally, it benefits from using Uppercut Deluxe balm.

I have bought this product for my husband for the third time now. The conditioner does not wash away and the effect is superb. He uses the shampoo, conditioner, and oil. His beard is soft and smells great. Everyone is satisfied.
