Mix the cream colour with any IGORA Developer in the 1:2 proportion. Apply to dry hair, do not shampoo beforehand. Leave on for 30-45 minutes. Rinse thoroughly after the time is up.
Use 3% IGORA Developer when colouring darker.
Use 6% IGORA Developer for tone-on-tone, 1 tone lighter or coverage.
Use 9% IGORA Developer for colouring 1-2 tones lighter.
Use 12% IGORA Developer for colouring 2-3 tones lighter.
Start by applying the cream colour from the roots down. In 10-15 minutes, apply it to the roots.

Best paint ever!
After reading many positive reviews about shade 12.21, I decided to order it for tinting my hair. I am a blonde and have been using Igora 12.1+12.4 with a 9% developer for many years. Sometimes, I add shade 12.11 to give my hair a different tone. This time, instead of 12.11, I decided to try 12.21. I mixed 15g of the color with a 9% developer and added a hair conditioner to minimize damage to the length of my hair. As soon as I applied this mixture, I felt a burning sensation. I kept it on for 2 minutes and started rinsing it off. The color turned out to be horrible, way too cold. If you don't like cold tones, I would advise against choosing this shade. However, if you like this tone, I can give you the technique without the 15g of color.
The brightest result I achieved was with the color 12/21, although on thin young hair it gives a grayish shade that washes out after 2 washes. 12/19 gives red roots. Number 12/11 is not bad, and 12/1 is also better than 12/19. But I add an anti-yellow pigment. I strongly do not recommend adding an anti-yellow to 12/21. In the photo, it looks closer to Igora at the roots. Having red ends is an unsuccessful experience with Wella Coleston. Now I don't know how to lighten them without powder.
The natural level of my hair is 7-6 (light brown), so I purchased the shades 12.19 and 12.21 (50+20g). The tubes were not filled completely, and I only got 51 grams out of the tube. The developer is 12%. It stings a bit on the skin, but it's not too bad. I was hoping for better lightening results. Therefore, I will go back to using my usual Inoa product.
This is my first independent experiment, and I am extremely satisfied! So far, I have only applied it to my scalp. I wanted to lighten my natural red color without using bleaching agents, so that my hair would have less damage. Look at how it covered the gray hair! I wasn't expecting that. Fantastic. Now I will apply it to my entire hair. I used the color 12-0 + developer lotion 12% of the same brand. I left it on for 35 minutes.

I have been buying this hair dye not for the first time. I like the quality and the price. The first time I dyed all of my long hair, but now I only dye the roots, and the color is even. It does a great job of covering gray hair.
I tried shade 12-19, which everyone seems to love, but it gives my light-brown roots a rusty tone with a purple undertone. I use Igora 9% developer and leave it on for 50 minutes, but I can't understand why it turns out this way. Clearly, this shade does not suit me, so I will try another one. On the bright side, the dye does not damage my hair.

My favorite hair dye. The hairdresser used it on me for several years, but then we switched to another one. And after living in the basement and finally reaching relative safety, I managed to dye my hair with supermarket dye, resulting in a rusty half-colored mess. I called my hairdresser, clarified my formula, which I liked the result of, and placed an order for makeup... I dyed the roots with one shade, the length with another, and my hair looks absolutely stunning! Luxurious, shining ash blonde. I am simply ecstatic. It really is the best dye I have ever used, my hair looks alive.
I have been using the 12-1 Sandra paint for several years now. When the war started, I couldn't buy it in my city, so I ordered it on this website. If you are as clueless about color as I am, I want to warn you that you won't be able to become a blonde from being a brunette, even with super blondes and 9 or 12% oxidizers - you'll get a maximum of light reddish-brown. This dye is only intended for natural roots, maximum 1-2 cm in length, and for those who already have blonde hair (you can't tone the length with special blondes). Unfortunately, it won't be possible to go from brunette to light without bleaching. Don't waste your time. Apart from that, the dye is fantastic - it does the job and doesn't damage the hair.

After coloring my hair with IGORA, I have been seeing a trichologist for the past three months, and I still don't know how it will all end. The hair dye costs a little over 200 UAH, and I have already spent over three thousand UAH on treatment. And I bought it as an hypoallergenic product.

The hair dye severely damaged my hair. It was a nightmare.
The delivery was fast, and the paint is excellent. It works well in removing yellowness when tinting.
The hair dyeing process was carried out using a 9% oxidant as recommended, leaving it on for 40 minutes. However, when using the 12.11 color, there was no change in the color, except for the roots which slightly turned a half-tone yellow. Additionally, the hair became frail, resembling spider webs. I did not expect such a disappointment, as I wasted both money and ended up with damaged hair. It's worth mentioning that when squeezing the tube, the oxidized dye leaks from all sides. This is the result, or rather, the lack thereof.

I have been using only Wella Koleston for 10 years. Currently, Wella is having supply issues and there are only remnants available. I tried this product and it is just as good. It is very gentle, doesn't smell bad, and doesn't damage my hair. It's a good hair dye. I bought two more packs from you while they were on sale. The shade 12.19 on my hair is warm, like sun-bleached wheat.
