Good micellar water. Cleanses at a 4+ level, it doesn't remove regular non-waterproof mascara from my eyelashes. The scent is subtle and not overpowering. It doesn't sting my eyes or cause any irritation. I didn't notice any stickiness on my face like with other micellar waters, but I still wash my face as the final step. I recommend it, much better than Garnier, Nivea, etc.
