And for me, they are really cool. I have thick heavy hair. And they hold up great! You just need more than one piece. The more hair we try to secure, the more invisible ones there are (and that's normal). A nice way to crisscross.
And by the way, with the wavy part towards the head. It seems like there should be a straight side. And no "tail" sticking out;))
This is already my second purchase of them. It lasted for a year. Because I lost it. The strength hasn't changed during this time.
I bought these for my child, but they didn't work well with thin hair. Other than that, they are just like any other hair ties, nothing special.

The invisible hairpins are just average, not exceptional. If you are tying your hair into a ponytail and want to hide the protruding ends, these hairpins won't work because the ends are visible. Perhaps if you need to hold curls and the hairpins will be hidden within a bunch of hair, they might be suitable, but I'm not sure. By the way, they claim to be made of steel, but the steel is very thin, and the hairpins bend and twist easily.
