The reviews here vary, so I was a bit worried and took a risk by ordering it because there wasn't any other option that I always use. I wasn't disappointed. It is really wonderful. It softens the hair, easy to comb, doesn't tangle, and doesn't create static. The only thing is that it still makes my hair greasy quickly. Well, it's not too big of a problem.
I didn't notice any special effect or moisturization.

I purchased this conditioner along with the shampoo based on the recommendation of the hairdresser. However, I didn't experience any "wow" effect. The shampoo from this line is decent, but the conditioner did not suit my bleached hair at all. Previously, I used the Matrix line for colored hair, which had a much better effect and provided more moisture. However, everyone's experience may vary.
I used it together with the shampoo from this series. It works well for light blondes. The hair becomes voluminous and easy to comb. However, I do not recommend it for dark (even if colored) hair.
The cosmetics are mediocre. I purchased the moisturizing shampoo (green), this conditioner, and the leave-in spray with keratin. I only liked the shampoo, it is soft and pleasant, using it is a pleasure. But the conditioner is useless! It didn't moisturize my bleached, dry hair at all. The spray was also ineffective. There are much better products available for this price!
I overall liked both the conditioner and the shampoo from this series. I have fine hair that tends to get greasy at the roots faster with them. However, I think it would work especially well for dry, thick hair.
