I purchased miniature shampoo and mask. The mask is regular with a creamy scent, nothing out of the ordinary. However, the shampoo is terrible as it caused a severe dandruff problem.

From the positives for me: initially, it effectively moisturized my hair and when used with the mask, the results were salon-like.

From the negatives: the effect disappeared after two weeks and my hair became extremely dry. It doesn't lather well, which leads to quick depletion. The smell is very strong and unpleasant, reminiscent of men's shampoo. It lasts on the hair until the next wash. As I mentioned before, my hair quickly got used to it and the shampoo's effect became the opposite. In my opinion, it is not the most successful shampoo from Kerastase. I have oily roots but dry ends, with hair length below the shoulders.

The courier delivered the shampoo. I refused the order because of the appearance of the product. The bottle was deformed, completely worn out, and scratched. It looks as if it was stored in a deserted warehouse in bulk. How could the employee who packed the order allow such a product to be sent to the customer??? This raises the question of whether this is an original product at all??? I am very disappointed with your store.
