The worst experience with mascara, probably in my entire life.
I have been using Lancome Hypnose for several years and consider it the best among all, and I always recommend it to everyone. Last time, I fell for the discount and bought this Doll Eyes.
The biggest disappointment ever: no volume, lashes are clumped and sticking straight, no staying power, and the worst part is that it smudges incredibly after just half an hour of application. It doesn't just leave imprints on the lower eyelids, it actually creates dark spots up to the cheeks, so I have to look in the mirror every 15 minutes to avoid scaring those around me.
It's absolutely not worth its money, a poor product. So poor that I decided to write a review for the first time.
The PR for this mascara seriously exaggerates its qualities! I fell for the abundance of positive reviews and the rumors, the stories of friends, saying that Lancome has an amazing mascara. I couldn't resist the public pressure and bought it, and I am VERY disappointed!!! Beautiful, elegant, convenient packaging, feels nice in the hands, great brush (applies well, easy to use), smells absolutely delightful... but that's where the advantages end. In its main task - actually coloring the lashes and staying on them - the mascara doesn't perform at all. Just a few minutes after applying, it starts smudging on the upper and lower eyelids. At first, I thought maybe it hadn't dried yet, but no, I used the mascara several times and it's simply impossible: you constantly need to wipe it off, constantly monitor it because it smudges and leaves marks everywhere it can. It has absolutely no staying power, not even the slightest, it just ruins the makeup and everything! It would be better not to wear mascara at all than to look like THIS((( By the evening, there's no need to remove anything anymore - it doesn't even make it until then. I usually used Max Factor False Lash Effect mascara and was always very satisfied, but I decided to try a more expensive and, I thought, higher quality mascara... the result - wasted money: the mascara costs 3 times more, and it's impossible to use.
At first, I didn't understand, it seemed like there was no effect at all, and I was about to throw it away. But after a couple of weeks, it started to work its magic. It added length, volume, and a vibrant effect. It doesn't clump, smudge, and it stays put all day. So, the key is to endure the first couple of weeks and start using it while still using the previous one.

It has a rose scent, a good composition, and a well-known brand. And that's it. It does not lengthen, add volume, or separate lashes. Just a regular mascara.

The mascara is really good. It separates the lashes, easy to apply, doesn't smudge, and you can't feel it on your lashes. As a bonus, it has a pleasant scent.
One of the best. The lashes are separated, and they look like doll lashes (but I still have something to paint). And most importantly, this is one of the few after which I don't have the panda effect and my eyes don't tear up. It can be easily washed off with water without much effort. In short - awesome!
I first tried this mascara 6 years ago in a mini version. Since then, it has become my top choice. It doesn't feel heavy on the lashes and doesn't smudge. The brush is really great.

The mascara is fantastic, with an excellent formula and a convenient brush. It can even enhance lashes that are not very long or thick. It lives up to its promises. It easily removes with micellar water and stays on perfectly throughout the day. The only minor issue is that there is a bit too much mascara on the tip of the brush, so you have to remove it before applying to the lashes. Perfect mascara! It stays on perfectly throughout the day (no less than 12 hours). It is also incredibly convenient when applying and removing makeup.
This is a failure. Look at the negative reviews about this mascara, they all agree in meaning: it smudges and creates a panda effect regardless of the conditions and circumstances. It is very watery. Pay attention to Idole, it is much easier to apply and lasts longer! I will never buy this one again.
The mascara smudges on the upper eyelid, but that's just half the problem. It also irritates the eyes terribly. And the irritation is at its worst when exposed to the sun.

I didn't like it. There is no "doll-like" effect on the lashes, they look like long spider legs after applying the mascara. There is absolutely no volume. I have to first apply dried Max Factor mascara, and then this "amazing" mascara, just to get some kind of result. It's a shame for the wasted money.

Even with a two-phase makeup remover, I have to wipe my eyes twice. It's problematic to use it every day, and it's a struggle to take it off in the evening. However, for special occasions, it is indispensable. I must also mention that I have had it open for a long time and it hasn't dried out! I only use it for special outings.

I agree with the previous buyers regarding this being the best mascara. The lashes indeed acquire a doll-like effect - fluffy and evenly coated. It is understandable that the lifespan of any mascara is short - approximately a year, or maybe even less. However, when comparing it to Loreal, their product sometimes reliably lasts longer than a year. On the other hand, Lancome Hypnose Doll Eyes started drying out around the 6-7 month mark of usage. Honestly, this was very disappointing, especially considering its price is significantly higher compared to Loreal mascaras.

I bought this product at Brocarde three days ago. The volume it provides is luxurious. However, it clumps the lashes together and does not provide any lengthening effect whatsoever. After 3-4 hours, bright black circles appear under my eyes and it starts to flake off. What happened to Lancome? I am disappointed.
The mascara is excellent. They couldn't have come up with anything better for sensitive lashes - they become twice as long. I applied it at 7:00 in the morning, and by 22:00 it didn't smudge, the color remained vibrant. The store is superb, the service is great.

This mascara is really good. I first bought it in Germany, and then I bought it online - the quality is the same. The mascara goes on smoothly without clumps, it lengthens and separates the lashes, but they still look natural and not fake. After applying, the lashes remain soft. The mascara is easy to remove. I've tried Lancome's "Bi-Facil" (which is definitely the best), but even the regular L'Oreal mascara for 40 UAH works well, and I've also successfully removed the mascara with natural cosmetic oil. The scent of the Lancome mascara is an additional pleasure of using this brand's cosmetics! The mascara started to flake only after 6 months of use, just as the manufacturer warns, so it's necessary to replace the mascara after half a year. The service of the online store is good. The delivery is as promised - 1-2 days. I received my orders the next day (the delivery was to a different city, not Kyiv).

I bought a mascara at Duty Free. However, it didn't affect the quality at all. The mascara made my lashes clump together and it started to flake off. This is absolutely unacceptable for the price I paid.
The mascara is not really worth it. When you hold the brush with your right hand and apply it to your left eye, it comes out perfectly. But when you start applying it to your right eye, it comes out messy and uneven. Overall, it's just frustrating because of the shape of the brush. The developers of this mascara did not consider the convenience of the brush shape.
