This foundation is very frustrating and drying. It requires extremely moisturized skin and a prepared base. If you apply creamy products (concealer or blush) on top, there will be clumping and texture conflict. In my opinion, it works great for oily or combination skin in the summer. It is best applied with a damp sponge. Overall, it is a decent foundation if you find the right approach and understand the specific needs of your skin. For me, it is still too drying, although it will work well in the summer.

I bought this cream from another store over a year ago, and I still have a little bit left. I use it every day, as my skin is combination and sometimes prone to breakouts. The cream does a great job at fulfilling its purpose, so I was thrilled when I saw it on sale. I ordered two more because it's perfect for me, whether it's summer or winter.

When applied, it forms layers that should not be blended too much because it does not blend easily. Additionally, it settles on the skin in patches, creating a peeling effect, as seen in this photo. The coverage is average. It emphasizes all imperfections and leaves clumps on the fingers with a light touch to the skin.

I didn't buy it here. This product gives a very matte finish, which is great because my skin is oily and after some time it looks natural on the skin with a slight glow. I applied it with a brush and it emphasized some flakes that I didn't even know about, even though I use a moisturizing cream. In general, it's better to use it on super moisturized skin. The scent is great, it still slightly smudges the phone, but not as much as the Holika tube. It stays on the face for a long time, the shade 1 doesn't make the coverage too pink, but rather with a slight yellowish tint. If you have olive skin, it's probably better to choose shade 2, shade 1 is too light for me. If you have dry or very dry skin, it's better not to choose this product.

Great BB cream! I got shade 1 for fair skin and it's a perfect match. It doesn't make my face look yellow. It has light coverage and doesn't emphasize dryness, but I always apply moisturizer before foundation. It sets nicely on the skin and doesn't transfer onto my phone/clothes. I used to use Patricia Ledo Tender Sensation Drop Foundation, but even when powdered, it still left traces. That's why this BB cream is a great find for me. I apply it with my fingers and then touch up any imperfections with a damp sponge. The sponge that comes with it is really terrible and I knew that beforehand from reading reviews, so I just threw it away. It also smells like aloe gel. I definitely recommend it to those who want light and long-lasting coverage!

For me, it illuminates, so I use it simultaneously with another product from Garnier. However, the Holika may not be suitable for dry skin as it tends to dry it out. After application, it gives a powdery and matte effect, so a good moisturizing base is needed underneath. Nevertheless, I am still satisfied with my purchase.

It does not come with any sponge included, so I applied it with a professional brush made of natural bristles. I believe this cream will be suitable for those with dry skin, but it may cause flakiness for those with very dry skin or excessive shine for those with oily skin. I will be using it during the summer. I am deducting one star only because of the scent, which reminded me of dishwashing detergent, and the sponge, which would have been better off not being included at all (since I just threw it away).
