The product slightly tones down the yellowness, but it causes a terrible itch all over the head and dandruff started to appear. I do not recommend this shampoo.
I didn't like this product at all. It made my hair look dirty and discolored.
I bought both the shampoo and conditioner from this series. I didn't understand why other girls were so excited about it. The effect is zero. Of course, I wasn't expecting a grayish effect, but it doesn't remove the yellowish tone at all.

Good shampoo for its price. I have highlights and long hair. I use the shampoo on already washed hair and leave it on as instructed. After using it, a cool tint appears. I liked it, I recommend it. The package from the EU took 10 days to arrive.

I first tried a sample of Joanna Ultra Color System Shampoo, only in the pink cherry scent. My hair had a slight pink tint. I decided to purchase this shampoo. I liked it. It cleanses the hair well (it foams very strongly from the second wash), removes yellow tones (you need to leave it on for at least 5 minutes). It slightly dries out the hair. However, the composition is completely different from what is stated!
This product does not remove yellowness and does not leave any purple streaks. It works as an average shampoo.

For me, this is the best shampoo. The other ones left purple stains, but this one cools down nicely. The effect is not immediately noticeable, you need to wash your hair with it about five times. When combined with the conditioner from the same series, it is absolutely amazing.

This shampoo delivered 100% for its price. My hair didn't feel brittle after the last bleaching, but after using this shampoo, everything was great. I bought this shampoo for my lightened yellow hair. I washed my hair several times. Pros: the bathtub and hands do not get stained. Cons: the hair also does not get stained. The yellow shade did not change at all. For me, this shampoo is useless.
