However, I have noticed that the customer loyalty program for makeup has been forgotten. Previously, gifts would come every now and then, whether it was a sample of perfume or an eyebrow pencil. But now, I can't wait for them anymore. In my last 5 orders, or even more, there was nothing included, whether the order was worth 200 or 350. I understand that it's an automated system deciding who gets what, but it would be nice if they could take a look at the statistics and see who hasn't received anything in a while.
