I have been using this product for 6 years. It is wonderful if used correctly. It is not an everyday balm, but a healing remedy for treating cracks, for example. It heals cracks wonderfully. I really love Carmex lip balms. Sometimes I apply it as a mask overnight and in the morning my lips look perfect. The only issue is with the makeup, because I ordered this product twice and received completely different balms. Even though it was the same balm I ordered. So, I rate the balm 5/5, but the makeup 2/5.

The best thing that can be.

I wonder why the manufacturers added Paraffin and Phenol to the formula? Especially in a product that will be absorbed into the body 100%. The second ingredient is toxic to many organs. I had to throw away my balm because it is not safe. There are plenty of worthy balms available.
