The paint is excellent, I have been using it for a year. The delivery is fast.
"5 years, only Matrix. That says it all!"
Adding to the review:
I would like to add to the review. I used the hair dye with the code N3 and a 6% developer. It worked perfectly to cover my 50% gray hair. The color turned out beautifully after dyeing.
I really like this paint. I've been using the shade 3N.
I ordered the product in a yellow package, but they sent me one in a pink package.
I have been using 2N and it effectively covers gray hair. It fades moderately after washing, so it is advisable to refresh the color every 3-4 months for brightness.
Great paint! I suspect that negative reviews arise from those who clumsily use it.
I have gray and dark hair at level 4. I used a combination of 4n and 5a (30g + 15g) + 45g of 6% developer. All my gray hair is completely covered! The color is vibrant and coffee-like. I understand that this might seem impossible, but Matrix works on my hair like a nourishing conditioner.
I really liked the hair dye. It effectively covers gray hair and complements my natural hair color. I will continue using it in the future.
I did not like the paint. Shade 6A. After applying, the paint washed out like water, not like tinted water, but rather the water separated from the paint, as if it was sand. The hair did not get colored at all, it remained uncolored, natural, not gray. I am very dissatisfied. My favorite is Brelil.
Just terrible. I used the number 10sp. My hair came out with a blue tint. Luckily, the hairdresser had a remover and was able to neutralize this color immediately.
I always choose the shade Clear. I mix it with my favorite dye from another brand if I want a slightly lighter tone. Or I use it alone if I just want to brighten up my current color. My hair looks shiny and vibrant.
Once again, I would like to express my gratitude to the makeup company for the package, although the product arrived damaged. The paint itself is of good quality and I have no complaints about it.
This is a great quality paint that doesn't cost a fortune. It offers a wide range of colors and I highly recommend it!
I have been using this paint for almost a year now and I am extremely satisfied. I highly recommend it.
Never!!!! Buy this paint in the shade clear if you have natural color!! It will completely eat away your pigment! And you will become a red chicken!! My blonde turned into copper-red! All these stories about going one shade lighter are lies. It will be red, like when bleaching. I also don't understand what they write about care, there is no effect at all. This is just terrible.
3N did a good job of coloring the gray hair.
I purchased shade 4NJ, but instead of natural brunette, my hair turned out with a yellow-green tint, especially the gray areas. I used a 6% developer from the same brand. However, my hair itself feels soft and shiny after using this dye.
Thank you, I received the paint on time.
The 6p looks natural, I liked it but it doesn't resemble pearl at all. As for the downsides, the paint has a very strong odor. After painting, the skin burns a little, but it quickly goes away.
I like the paint. However, the box is dented and the tube is bent. It's always the same. I will return it next time.
Second review. I tried it out. Overall, it's not bad.
I like the shade. The hair looks closer to the scalp (like bangs, for example) and the color is not too intense. I left it on for 40 minutes with a 12% developer.
The color used was 10 AV.
I deducted one star for the smell and for not covering gray hair.
Color 10 AV.
I first dyed it with a 9% developer, then with a 12% developer. The result was the same.
Someone mentioned the color resembling rust and being russet.
And it doesn't cover gray hair AT ALL.
I'm a bit shocked. I bought 3N, and initially it dyed my hair into a nice chocolate shade, with a brown tint in the sunlight. I purchased two more packs of the same shade, and now I'm black. I mean, completely natural black color. I definitely didn't expect this, and I have no idea how to remove it now. I'm not sure if something got mixed up or if they changed the color palette.
I bought this shade, 9AV, with 3% concentration, but in another store, the color was just swampy, Ash violet. It's supposed to neutralize yellow tones, but instead, it turned out with a greenish tint on my lightened hair. I'm in shock, and the dye has a very strong, toxic smell, like those cheap ones that cost 50 UAH.
I always buy this paint in stores, but I ordered it from Makeup and it was just awful. The color doesn't match the photo at all! Thank you for giving me yellow hair, it's a nightmare.
It is the best. With every hair dye, it has a better appearance. I stick with it.
I fell in love with this hair dye a long time ago when I started using the 8MA shade. It had more of an Ash tone, but it quickly washed out, not just the ash tone, but the color itself. However, it was still good and it didn't bother me. Then this dye completely disappeared. When it reappeared, there were negative reviews saying that the dye had changed and become bad. I didn't buy it because of this, and when I couldn't use what I bought before because nothing suited me, my hair was dry and not even the gray hair was getting colored, even though I bought professional dye. And then I finally decided to buy Matrix again, and once again it was love. The dye didn't get worse, although it no longer has the ash tone, but the staying power has improved. I'm satisfied that my shade is almost always available, so I buy several at once so that I don't run out when I need to dye my hair and it's not available.
I always use only this paint, this number. The color is natural, it covers gray hair. I have no complaints about the quality. Courier delivery is excellent, as always.
The paint is good, with nice "expensive" shades. I have bought it many times and started using it a few years ago. Now that gray hair has appeared, this dye has one drawback - it barely covers the gray hair. Previously, I used shade 7N - it covered the gray hair well, but the color was very dark, almost black. Only after about a month, when the dye faded slightly, I had the color I liked - dark brown with a slight golden hue. Shade 7N was initially too dark for me, so I decided to try 8AV - a lighter shade, but it barely covered the gray hair (the dye washed out after 2 weeks on gray hairs). In other words, I was only able to dye non-gray hair. In conclusion, I can recommend shade 7N, it's a good shade but darker than it appears in the picture. It covers gray hair. Shade 8AV is also a good shade, much lighter than 7N, but it doesn't cover gray hair at all. So in the future, I will probably choose 8N again or try a different series or manufacturer. Since 8N is too dark for me. I recommend both shades for those who don't have gray hair. I really like the color of my hair after 1.5 months of using shade 7N (my natural color is dark brown).
The color 507N is described as natural blonde, but upon application, it turned out to be a natural brunette, and even a very dark one. The developer used was 6%.
The hair dye is very dark, and the quality of the hair has worsened after toning with a 1.9% peroxide. The color 10N, natural blonde, turned out to be dirty ashy and I didn't like it. It also darkened the hair significantly.
I received what I expected in principle. I really wanted to find a dye with a violet undertone, but either it wasn't available or something else - I don't know. So, I chose the blue one. I ordered 10SP and 6% developer, also from Matrix. I mixed them in a 1:2 ratio according to the instructions.
I have very light dyed blonde hair and the goal was to refresh the color along the length and get rid of the yellowish tones closer to the roots. In principle, everything turned out fine, the only thing is that in certain lighting, the hair appears slightly blue, but I think it will wash out - it's not critical right now.
What came out was an ashy blonde, very cool-toned. I will continue searching for something that leans more towards pink blonde or has a violet undertone.
This is a great hair dye that creates a beautiful shade of natural auburn. I mix 10 grams of color 6r with 40 grams of color 8r, and use my own base of level 7.
I have been using the transparent shade for a while now. I use it to create a glazed effect at home. I really like it and will definitely buy it again.
I really like this long-lasting paint.
The paint used to be amazing. I have been using it for many years. However, it is now impossible to buy it! What happened is unclear. I was forced to switch to another brand of paint, but unfortunately, nothing is better than Sokolor Beauty... At least in this price range.
The color indeed washes out very quickly. I chose the ash shade, but the undertone turned out to be warm, and when it washed out, it turned into the dreaded reddish color that I hate. This has never happened before, and I am disappointed in Matrix.
Good paint, but the desired shade has been unavailable for six months.
I have been using shade 3n. The last few times I bought the paint from a different store because they didn't have my shade here. After reading negative reviews about the updated version, I was worried, but it was all for nothing. Everything is great, I am still satisfied with the paint.
I really like this paint, I have ordered it before, but this time it came in some kind of updated packaging, and without a translation. Maybe Matrix design has been updated or they put the wrong thing, but the numbers match. I will give it a try. Thank you for the fast delivery.
Hello. I have been using Matrix hair dye for many years, and it never disappoints! Thank you, Mike Up, for the fast delivery. I constantly order from you. This time, the dye came in a new packaging. I haven't tried it yet, but I hope nothing has changed. I always get the 7N natural shade, which is very beautiful and also covers gray hair. This dye is my favorite, and it comes in a 90ml tube. I give it 5 stars!
I used the 4NW hair dye on my natural hair, which had only a few gray strands. My natural color was chestnut, but I dyed it dark brown. The dye had a strong smell, and the color turned out darker than expected. However, overall, I am satisfied. In the future, I will try adding another shade to avoid a monotonous look. I used a 3% developer, and even a whole tube was too much for my shoulder-length fine hair. I hope this color will be available for purchase again.
Excellent paint. I have purchased it for the second time. I combine it with a lighter shade. That is, the roots are dark and the ends are light. Everything is great. There are absolutely no complaints.
Terrible hair dye. It completely ruined my long hair, leaving it dry and devoid of any moisture. My hair feels like it has no life and is frizzy all over, making it impossible to style with a curling iron. I am in tears.
(I used to use organic herbal-based hair dye before, and my hair remained healthy.)
The hair dye is great. I've been searching for the perfect shade of brown, and this time I mixed 60g of 8MA with 15g of 6MA. I used a 6% developer in a 1:1 ratio, along with a toning mask on a 1:1 ratio for the length. The result was a beautiful shade, and I'm satisfied. It's a pity that there are hardly any shades left in the store. Will the makeup store continue selling this dye? Will there be any more supplies?
I really like this hair dye. I've been using shade 8MA for a year, mixing 50g of dye with 15g of 7A and a 6% developer. I apply it to my roots and mix the remaining dye with a hair mask for the length, using a base of 6. It lasts for 2 weeks before fading slightly, but there is no strong reddish tone. It covers my gray hair, although for the temples, I apply the dye without the developer first and then dye as usual. This is a technique for difficult-to-color gray hair. It may sting a little, but it's not an allergy and there is no redness or hair loss. I kindly request the store to restock shade 8MA as it's not currently available. I usually buy it in bulk, but this time there was only one pack left and it has been out of stock for 3 weeks now. I really like this store and don't want to look for another one. Cold blonde shades are always popular, and they give a very natural look with beautiful highlights in the sunlight.
The paint is amazing! I bought the shade 10SP, and the color is superb. I use it to touch up my roots with a 9% developer. My natural hair color is a light brown (shade 7), and with this paint, I achieve a beautiful blonde shade.
I used to get this hair dye done at a salon, but now I tried it at home. One tube was more than enough for my length and thickness (slightly below waist length). I used the color 7CG with a 6% developer for dark blond hair. The result was very natural, with a hint of red only visible in the sunlight. I want to try the 8RC shade, but it's never available, and even the 7CG is only available upon request. After using this hair dye, my hair became very shiny.
I bought this hair dye for the first time and I really liked it. My hair is not dry after using it. The color is a beautiful chocolate shade.
I have been using this paint for over 3 years, always buying it from you. However, this time I ordered it from a different place because it became impossible to get the desired shade 10 AV, even in the EU warehouse. Now I see that it is available, it's a pity that more and more products need to be ordered from abroad. What happened to you?
I have been using it for many years and I am satisfied. But there have been some disruptions in your deliveries. It's disappointing. I need 4n and 5n :( Please maintain your product range :)
This paint has been my favorite for 3 years, that's for sure. I use 3N+oxidant 6% and it covers my roots 100%. I only dye my roots once a month or so, and one package is enough for 3-4 applications. The color doesn't fade, which is a huge plus for me. I wash my hair exclusively with products for colored hair. It slightly stains the skin, but after 2 hair washes, the paint completely washes off. The color is a very beautiful dark brown and looks natural.
The only downside is that lately it's been very difficult to order it, often out of stock. The last time I ordered it from the EU, but even there it's not available now.
I will test the durability of the paint, as it has a 1:1 ratio of oxide to paint.
I used a dark blonde pearl color dye, shade 6P, to color my hair. However, I used a different brand of 6% developer. It effectively covered my gray hair.
I ordered 5bv. My hair color was supposed to be cool 6. However, the roots turned out to be red and the dye washed out very quickly. For the second coloring, I used 3% tone on tone and got a beautiful cool brown color with a slight hint of red. Surprisingly, even 10% of gray hair is covered and the color doesn't darken like with other dyes. The skin doesn't get stained during coloring and the dye is also suitable for people with allergies. Next time, I would like to try a cooler shade, but the current selection is limited.
Great paint, I have been using it for many years. It has a natural shade and fades a bit, becoming lighter. Overall, it is very good!
The paint does not have a strong odor. I liked the result of shade 4.72. The shade turned out to be a beautiful dark brown (on my chestnut hair) with a hint of dark cherry. The hair looks shiny.
I have natural chestnut hair with about 10% of gray. I dye it in a light blond with a golden copper shade. I mixed the 8C with the 8G, the golden with the copper, in equal proportions. I was afraid to use the 8CC, the deep copper, because I thought it would turn out too red. I used a 9% developer. It's good that I added the golden shade, as the copper didn't really look coppery at all. It was more like a chestnut shade. I ended up with a chestnut color with a hint of gold. It's a bit dark, I feel like it lacks some copper. Next time, I will probably mix in some 8CC. The gray hair was partially covered.
I used shade 4M, brown mocha, with a 6% developer. It covered my gray hair nicely. I tried a non-ammonia series with a 3% developer, but it didn't give me the same effect.
