This pencil is really great. I bought it with the expectation that it wouldn't smudge on the upper eyelid. I have oily eyelids, and this is a problem with all pencils and eyeliners. I tested this pencil rigorously: I cooked and cleaned, but it stayed in place for 9.5 hours. Very satisfied! Shade 20 Espresso is something in between black and brown, leaning towards a cool tone. I give it a 5 out of 5 rating for its long-lasting durability, which I haven't seen in other products yet.

I have a green pencil that has a very vibrant color and beautiful shimmer. Its lasting power is extremely high (I washed my face with warm water and soap, but the eyeliner remained intact). However, applying it as an eyeliner can be maddening. It is very difficult to achieve a sharp point. The pencil itself is essentially pressed shimmer. Additionally, when drawing a line, it does not always adhere well to the skin, resulting in poor adherence. However, if you manage to create perfect wings, they will hold up superbly.

I have tried this pencil in different shades, some of them are long-lasting (like the pink one), but I have some concerns about the emerald and ultramarine ones in terms of lasting power. I use them for eyeliner, and this pencil leaves imprints on the upper lid and starts to smudge after 1.5-2 hours. The pencil from Givenchy of the same kind holds up much better, it doesn't wash off or smudge. I really love Chanel, I have a lot of their various products, but I have many complaints about these pencils.

The pencil is good. I ordered it twice, but the first time it was labeled "from the European Union," and the second time it was just from Ukraine. The difference is huge, both in color, intensity, and quality. Therefore, I strongly recommend the pencil, but only if it's from the European Union.

This is my first time trying a Chanel pencil. Previously, I had one from Givenchy. But I wanted something new.
So, this pencil is overly thick, I must say. It's difficult to draw a precise and thin line, and this was the case from the very first use. In terms of staying power, it is hard to wash off, but it leaves marks on the upper eyelid throughout the day. I am not impressed. I have tried other expensive brand pencils, and this one is the worst out of all that I have tested.

In one word, this is my eternal love!

I really liked the pencil. It is very long-lasting and lasts all day. There is no irritation. I liked that it has a medium softness - just perfect for easy blending.

The strongest allergic reaction to this pencil! I bought it at the Chanel store in Paris, so I'm confident it's not a fake.

I didn't like the product. Its biggest drawback is that it's impossible to draw a thin tail of an eyeliner because the pencil sharpener doesn't sharpen properly and the tip remains round, which results in a blunt end of the line.

This is the best pencil out of all that I have tried. It doesn't smudge even after a workout or shower (the long-lasting MAC doesn't match up in any criteria). It applies evenly and lasts a very long time. I will definitely be buying more - it is worth it.
