Lalique Lalique Pour Homme lion Eau de Parfum

I bought it as a gift, however, the scent turned out to be very sharp and reminiscent of Soviet-era cologne. I didn't like it at all.

The fragrances from the Lalique brand are personally highly revered by me because they represent Classic, Elegance, and Chic all in one bottle. The vintage Lalique bottles, by the way, are considered true works of art.

Lalique Pour Homme in the EDP version, in my opinion, is a very well-crafted woody fougere of incredible beauty! It starts with a bouquet of dry lavender combined with citrus notes, and then in the development, the fragrance slightly powders with iris notes, intertwining with notes of "dusty" cedar (probably the so-called "cedramber" - a dry, amber-like, slightly "dusty" cedar). I don't detect the declared lily of the valley and jasmine in the heart of the pyramid. Rosemary can barely be guessed, and over time, this bouquet is enriched with very noticeable sandalwood, oakmoss, and vanilla in the base, which sound quite vividly throughout, forming a very soft yet distinct mossy woody accord with cedar.

It's no wonder that fragrances from the Lalique house are called by experts "true peaks of human imagination", and Lalique Pour Homme is no exception: this entire complex, multi-component, and beautiful bouquet in one bottle turned out to be elegant, classic, and luxurious like a lion!

Longevity is excellent, it consistently lasts for 8-10 hours; the sillage is moderate but sounds rich, incredibly beautiful, and noble. A captivating prestigious fragrance for a discerning audience of men aged 40+.

This perfume is truly amazing, one of the best I have ever tried. However, there seems to be a mismatch between its price and quality.

I bought this product without testing it first. It had an unusual strong smell when I first tried it. I used it twice and couldn't understand it. However, after some time, either it settled or I got used to the smell - it's amazing! It especially develops on the skin, not on clothes, after 20-30-40 minutes of application. It's worth having in your collection as an example of a vintage scent, especially for its price.

For me, this fragrance is a true masterpiece in the world of perfumery. This citrusy-woody powder is simply mesmerizing, despite having a completely masculine tone. I have the EDP version, and its longevity and sillage are excellent.
