The sticky handle is tangled in long hair.
This is terrible... I picked up my order from the post office without checking it first. And when I opened it at home, I was immediately shocked. It had scratches and looked like I bought it for 100 hryvnias, not 600. I tried combing and curling it, but it was difficult to untangle... Of course, nobody will refund the money now, because I called the hotline and said that the quality is awful and it tangles hair, which shouldn't happen. (You already used this response). Well, I should have checked what it was like. I have a brush from this company, so I have something to compare it with. I chose a smaller diameter based on the reviews. But here, I received a shock from what I got. This is the first time I'm writing a review on Makeup.
This is my first hairbrush, and I am completely satisfied with it. I can definitely recommend it. I have very thick hair, and surprisingly, it doesn't tangle and combs through it nicely.
I really liked this brush! It leaves my hair smooth and doesn't tangle when styling. I can easily curl the ends and add volume to the roots without any issues.
To begin with, I would like to mention that I have medium-length, not thick, porous hair that is slightly wavy. I decided to give up using a straightening iron in favor of blow-drying and using a brush, and this decision turned out to be incredibly successful thanks to this high-quality product! I have nothing to compare it to as this is my first brush, but when I held it in my hands, I regretted not purchasing it earlier when I had a bob haircut. I don't even have the thought of looking for something better because, in my opinion, this is the best option! The weight of the brush, its diameter, and how it feels in my hand are simply perfect! I highly recommend it!

I have very fine, shiny, glass-like hair that is impossible to hold in place with a regular brush. However, this brush series has bristles with a small wave, which is meant to enhance shine. In my case, it allows me to curl a strand without losing half of my hair. The brush's diameter of 34mm is perfect for short haircuts.
For the summer, I treated myself to an Olivia Garden hairbrush as my old one wasn't working well and my hair was frizzy and sticking out. The first thing I want to mention is how smoothly it glides through my hair. It's amazing. No matter how tangled my hair is, it effortlessly glides through like butter. With my old brush, my hair would get tangled and stuck, making it difficult to brush properly. With Olivia, no matter how thick the strand of hair is, it slides perfectly. As for smoothing and eliminating static, I can confirm that it doesn't make my hair staticky and it polishes it perfectly. My hairstyle looks neat right away. It doesn't pull my hair at all. With my old brush, I could collect a whole bunch of hair, but with this one, it's just a few strands. It's easy to clean. The appearance of the brush is stunning. I've placed it in a visible spot and admire it from time to time.
Overall, there are only positives for me. I can easily style my hair even without looking and it looks great. The diameter is perfect for a bob. It's definitely worth the money.

Great brush! Quick styling, hair doesn't tangle, stylish design. Perhaps, owners of medium-length hair need to choose a slightly larger diameter. I deduct one point for a small defect - a plastic chip on the handle. The manufacturer indicated on the label is Korea.
