Ultra-Blondes - Mix at a ratio of 1:2 (1 tube of color to 180 ml of 12% activator). Hi-Lift Blondes - Mix at a ratio of 1:1 (1 tube of color to 90 ml of activator at 3%, 6%, 9%, or 12%). Great developer. Definitely gentler than Estel, it works excellently with both powders and paints from other brands. I know that it is always recommended to use the paint with its own developer, but I have never had an undesirable result during all this time.

I really like the oxidizer, and it's not my first time buying it. It effectively covers gray hair by 3% when used with the appropriate color. I usually use it with a 00 shade for dense gray hair.

In combination with Matrix hair dye, miracles happen. Highly recommended. I transitioned from blonde to dark brown. With an uneven base (three centimeters of my natural color + a transitional yellow layer of blonde + a pure ashy blonde), I achieved the uniform color stated on the packaging. Very satisfied.
