Girls, I'm depressed after coloring my hair (transparent shade). I let go of my natural color. I had a way out of black. Naturally, my hair suffered. I didn't dye them for 4 months, took good care of them. But I wanted shine and nourishment. I read that glazing could be done with this dye.
So, what do I have in the end? A reddish color, slight lightening, and my hair in the worst condition after coloring. They are dry and breaking because of it. They constantly get tangled into knots.
I dyed them with the original Matrix 3% developer.
I am attaching photos of what I have and how they get tangled after combing through them for 30 minutes.
Hello! Please change the description of the 5VV shade, as it is not "Light chestnut deep pearly," but rather violet (which I only noticed after dyeing). I was planning to be a brunette, but ended up being an eggplant.
I tried the shade 7AA, and it doesn't really cover gray hair well. In fact, it fades after just two washes. Additionally, my hair became dry after coloring. A couple of years ago, I used an ammonia-free Matrix hair dye in shade 5AV, and it didn't dry out my hair. On the contrary, my hair felt as if it had been laminated after coloring.
I have ordered this particular paint twice, and both times a different brand of paint containing ammonia has been delivered. They simply send whatever is in stock.
Great paint.
I am satisfied with the paint and overall products of this brand. I have been using them for a long time but recently encountered a problem with the absence of a 2.7% activator. The manufacturer recommends replacing it with a 3% activator in the new packaging. For those who have already tried it, can you please let me know if the effect is the same? And what other reliable alternative is possible? Thank you.
The paint is great, but the courier delivered me an alkaline series toner instead. Its usage instructions differ from what was stated on the website. Be careful not to damage your hair.
I used this hair dye for the first time at home. I chose this brand based on the numerous positive reviews on Makeup. My starting point was my grown-out brown roots, and I wanted to achieve a light ash tone with a hint of yellow. I mixed shades 8A and 9MM to create a natural-looking blonde with a touch of mocha. Overall, I am satisfied with the results!
I purchased this product in the EU to tone down a failed highlighting attempt. However, after using it, all the strands of hair were toned and there was no trace of the highlights left. The color is similar to L'Oréal shade 7.1, which is significantly cheaper. It gives a typical light brown color with a hint of mocha. I was expecting a richer shade based on the reviews I read.
Great paint. I previously used 10V for highlighting. Today, I decided to darken it a bit, so I chose 10 MM. The color is closer to natural and looks intriguing in different lighting.
I have been using this product for many years, and it is perfect for hair coloring.
Good day, unfortunately, this paint, like Wella Professionals Color Touch, disappointed me. I expected it to at least cover or tone down the white strands, although it is advertised not as a toner but as a hair dye. I was very surprised that it claims to tone down gray hair (I have about 5-7% gray) using a low-volume developer (as stated in the instructions). The base was from Joico Vero K-pak. I can't say that it perfectly covers gray hair, but it leaves the hair in very good condition and remains smooth and shiny for a long time. However, it is better than the previous two. I previously used the semi-professional Farmavita B.Life Color, which perfectly covers and leaves the hair vibrant and shiny.
I use shades 10+8 for toning into a cool blonde. I'm not a fan of white burnt hair (I lighten mine from a level 5 to 9-10), so this combination effectively covers yellow tones. If you use shade 10 on hair that is not lightened enough, it won't completely cover the yellow tones - keep this in mind. It washes out like all tinted dyes within 3-4 weeks. Additionally, I use Matrix blonde care products and the color holds well.
This hair dye is my absolute favorite. It does an excellent job of coloring without drying out the hair. The colors are incredibly beautiful, with deep shimmering tones, rather than just one flat color.
Good paint, I've tried different shades. Last time I bought 7AA, maybe I left it on for too long, but in reality, the color turned out very dark, almost black. It's a good thing that the paint washes off over time.
I regularly dye my hair using a formula consisting of 2.7% oxidizer and the transparent steel-based SA steel dye.
I used to have highlights, but now I prefer a more uniform look. I decided to try toning my hair periodically, and my first attempt was with Wella Color Touch 9/16. The color was ashy and there was a smooth transition from the roots to the lightened ends. It also lightened a bit when washed out, which looked nice. For comparison, I decided to try Matrix 10MM. I followed the instructions, but the color came out with a reddish tint, darker than shown in the photo. The scent was stronger and my hair felt drier. Perhaps it's because Wella uses a 1.9% developer, while this one uses 2.7%. I will be going back to the first option.
Girls, if you want a clean blond color without any darkening, there is a super hair dye from Estel available on the makeup website. It is divine, ammonia-free, gentle, and leaves your hair looking amazing. The new Estel deluxe clearblond series is perfect for toning. I checked the Matrix brand, but they don't have those shades yet - pearl, cool ash, they are all available in the Estel palette. I have included a photo of my hair after toning.
6N is a very beautiful natural brown shade. I only dye my hair to get rid of the yellowish tint from my original brown color. From an outsider's perspective, the color looks like my natural one, only better. It's not black and doesn't have any red-blue-green undertones. It's a fantastic paint. It's also suitable for self-dyeing as it easily washes off the skin, so there's no need to worry about wiping it off from my face, neck, and hands.
I liked the hair dye, my hair felt soft, vibrant, and natural after coloring. The only discrepancy was the color. It was advertised as a very light blonde, but I ended up with a natural brown. However, I still liked the color. Thank you for the fast delivery!
I am extremely disappointed with this product. The roots and white strands of hair were lightened, and then a dye with a 1:1 activator ratio was applied to the roots for 20 minutes, followed by the entire length for another 20 minutes. However, after a total of 40 minutes, the lightened roots remained yellow. The hair is not overly dry, but it lacks shine and does not have a beautiful color.
I tried shade 10 V and I was really satisfied with the results. I used a 1.9% activator and left it on for 30 minutes. My hair doesn't feel dry after using this dye and it looks fresh.
I'm buying it for the second time. One huge advantage of this hair dye is that when wet, blonde hair becomes incredibly smooth and easy to comb, something that no other dye, conditioner, or mask has been able to achieve. The downside is that I chose the 10p shade, but there is no pearlescent effect, instead the color leans towards a brownish tone, which I didn't like at all. When my hair is dry, it feels a bit dirty at the ends.
I used two jars of dye for my very thick hair that reached my lower back (it was just enough), and I used the recommended developer. The dye did dry out the ends a bit, but I still ended up cutting off 70 cm of hair after a week. The shade is beautiful, but I was expecting more cool tones. My natural tone is a 7, and I used shade 6A.
Excellent paint, I have purchased it multiple times. It effectively covers gray hair and does not have a strong odor.
Overall, the hair dye is good for nourishing the hair, but I personally had bad luck with the color. The outcome was not what I had hoped for. It slightly damages the hair, especially blondes. I have tried it multiple times with different shades, but the result is always the same.
Good, beautiful color, but in my opinion, it becomes too watery when mixed with the recommended developer. It washes out quickly and doesn't damage the hair.
I used shade 11 V on a light-yellow base (bleached with powder) level 11, mixed with a non-native developer of 3% (since the native 2.7% was not available). I mixed it in a 1:1 ratio and applied it on dry hair, leaving it on for 20 minutes. It did not darken, and I am very happy with the color. The only downside is the inconsistent availability of Matrix products for makeup.
This is a great tinting hair dye. I am satisfied with the condition of my hair after coloring, as well as the color itself. I have been buying this dye repeatedly, as it is economical to use.
Thank you, Make Up, for the fast delivery. I really liked the ashy shade.
The paint has a very strong odor, clearly not ammonia-free. Compared to L'Oreal DiaLight, Matrix Color Sync is simply awful, with the smell of cheap supermarket paint. It also dries out the hair.
I use this dye to tone my lightened hair. I mix 10P with a 1.9-3% developer. I leave it on my hair for 12-15 minutes, as leaving it for longer results in a darker shade. I highly recommend it!
Once again, I am convinced that this paint is the best. The price-quality ratio is excellent. I have been dyeing my hair for over a year now and the impression is that my hair is healed. I have a few gray hairs, I just need to leave it on a little longer, 30 minutes is enough for me.
Excellent paint, very happy with the purchase. It applies easily and has a pleasant, subtle scent. I have a few gray hairs, although not critically many, but this paint covered them perfectly. It doesn't dry out my hair and the color is natural, without any unwanted undertones. It looks absolutely natural. I also ordered the shampoo from this company and I can't wait for it to arrive!
Excellent paint, it covers gray hair and leaves the hair in excellent condition. I have been buying it for my mom not for the first time.
Great hair dye. I've been using it for a year now. My hair has become shiny and soft. It washes out faster than ammonia-based dyes, but the transition is smooth. I am satisfied.
The order arrived on time. I have been using this paint for a long time. I highly recommend the entire series of this brand.

10V pure
Here's a coherent translation:
"The 10V pure product is truly impressive. It delivers excellent performance and leaves no room for disappointment. With its exceptional purity, it stands out among other similar products in the market. The quality is outstanding, making it a reliable choice for anyone seeking top-notch results. It is definitely worth the investment, as it delivers what it promises and more. I highly recommend the 10V pure product for anyone looking for a reliable and effective solution."
8 V+10 V 1:1, roots lightened up to 10
I love it, been using it exclusively for many years.
I mixed it with Mocha. I liked the result.
I like it, my hair doesn't fall out from it... yes, it's not long-lasting, but it's just a tint, what were you expecting?! It tints excellently, even large transitions of 5 cm smooth out into a uniform canvas (provided, of course, that the tones are close). I only use it with the matching developer, and of course, post-care is necessary... I am satisfied.
This is the super product from Matrix that I have been waiting for so long! The 11V for highlighting gave an amazing effect! Thank you to the store for their promptness and to the courier for their politeness and punctuality.
This is not just a paint, but also a luxurious care. Even after keratin treatments and expensive shampoos and masks, my hair has never been so soft and shiny. I chose shade 6N and it didn't darken, which is very satisfying. If you want the same result as mine and to cover gray hairs, use the matching Matrix 2.7% developer. Only in this case, the paint and developer will connect like puzzle pieces and give you a laminating effect and beautiful color.
Does not cover gray hair, washes out from the rest of the hair after 2 hair washes, does not give hair shine. Only 2 stars for not drying out the scalp.
The paint is good. I divide one package into two for my length, so it is very economical. I immediately bought a liter of developer and dye my hair at home. It applies excellently. I chose the 8n ammonia-free shade, but it turned out to be very dark brown for an eighth tone. So, keep in mind that it darkens. The only thing I don't like is that the packaging is always crumpled, as if it's a hundred years old.
The hair dye is great! It gives a beautiful color and makes my hair shiny. It even adds thickness to my hair. However, it washes out quickly because I wash my hair every day. After a week, the color is already gone. I won't buy it again. I will look for a more long-lasting hair dye.
I absolutely love this hair dye. It truly enhances my hair. It is applied on damp, clean hair with a 2.7% developer from Matrix. The processing time is 20 minutes.
6m beautiful chocolate shade without any hint of yellow. The hair shines brilliantly and looks fantastic.
I have been using this hair dye for over 10 years. Over the course of these years, I have changed many hair coloring specialists. Some colorists advised me to switch from Matrix to other brands that appeared on the market. However, after seeing the effects of coloring with this dye, they admitted that it gives hair a rich, shiny, and overall well-groomed look. I used to use the "mocha" shade, but now I have switched to shade "3N". Four years ago, a colorist explained to me that when you color your hair with the same dye for many years, it deeply nourishes the hair and gives excellent results. I am satisfied with the outcome; the price is great compared to other dyes, it gives a shiny effect to the hair, and it also covers the first gray hairs. The scent is pleasant.
Shade 3N (Dark Chestnut) with 6% developer is amazing, it worked really well. The hair looks shiny and beautiful.
The paint washed off very quickly (within two weeks), and when I remove the paint, my tongue starts to feel numb. I have never experienced this before.
I bought the 6m shade, and it is a very beautiful and rich chocolate color. My hair looks shiny, and the condition after coloring is excellent.
The hair dye is really good, leaving my hair looking salon-fresh after coloring. I used shade 8V on my roots, applied it for 25 minutes, then dampened it and spread it throughout the entire length before rinsing it off.
The paint is of good quality and makes the hair look nice. It is also quite long-lasting and does not easily wash out. However, it does not cover gray hair, but that is not expected from an ammonia-free product.
The paint is great! It has no harsh smell, and there is no discomfort or burning sensation during coloring. I got the shade Mocha in 10 MM for toning yellowish light blond. I am satisfied!
I used the shade 6N - I was satisfied, but I wanted a cooler tone, so I ordered 6A - disappointment. The beautiful tone didn't last even a week, it turned into a strong reddish color.
This is my favorite paint. But this time, I don't know what happened with it, maybe it's because of improper storage. The paint didn't take at all in 30 minutes. I chose shade 6a.
After a long break from coloring my hair, I decided to go back to a darker shade. I chose the shade 7mm for this. However, I was slightly disappointed as the color turned out darker by about two tones!! (I applied it to my natural blonde hair). The dye itself does indeed gently color the hair and gives it shine. It is convenient to use (can be applied by oneself). But when choosing the color, pay attention to the fact that the dye will be darker than you expect. Thanks to the store (and especially to the courier Maxim) for their efficiency. Good luck to everyone!
I love this hair dye. It makes my hair shiny, soft, and smooth. I've used clean 7cc+, 6rc+ and mixed them together. The color always turns out great. I repeat the process every 5 weeks.
