Apply to dry hair. Mix the color with a developer lotion of 3%, 6%, or 9%. Do not use Color 10 with a 12% developer lotion. The processing time is 10 minutes. For resistant hair types and a high percentage of gray hair, process for 10 minutes with added heat. Thoroughly emulsify and rinse to avoid unnecessary staining of the scalp. For the first application on uncolored (short) hair, apply from the roots to the ends, processing for 10 minutes with or without heat, depending on hair structure. For touch-ups, apply the product to the root area and immediately continue to the mid-lengths and ends. Process for 10 minutes.

This paint is simply amazing for me. It has a rich color, shine, and long-lasting effect. You only need to leave it on for 10-15 minutes, and the resulting color is beautiful and doesn't fade easily. I've tried it on both dark and light hair, and the transformation from black to a reddish shade was exactly what I wanted. I needed to cover up some ginger tones for a more even and natural look, and using the 7-1 shade was a great choice. I highly recommend it.
