The balm is absolutely useless. It is very watery and has no effect at all.

I tried this brand's balm for the first time. I can't say that it fully met my expectations. The positives are: no scent, easy to apply (not very thick consistency), gives hair shine. The negatives are: hair is not easy to comb, lacks the smoothness I was hoping for. I plan to try other products from this brand.
