This is a decent budget micellar water that removes makeup quite well. For example, it easily removes foundation like Loreal Affinitone. The scent is also quite neutral for me, much more pleasant than if it were strong and floral.

I bought Micellar Water to use as a toner in the morning instead of washing my face, but from the very first application, I experienced a burning sensation and redness on my skin, and the texture of my skin became grainy. I have never encountered this before, so I don't know what it is. It's possible that I have an individual intolerance to some component. I immediately rinsed it off with water, and the burning sensation stopped, and my skin returned to normal after about an hour. It's a pity because I have been using a gentle gel peel cleanser from the same line for a couple of years, and it suits me well, but I didn't get along with the Micellar Water. I tried using it to remove swatches of eyeshadows from my hand - it removes some of them well, but not all (by the way, I didn't experience any reaction on my hand). In conclusion, the Micellar Water is not very effective, there are better products available. Thankfully, the price is affordable. So, it's all individual. Happy shopping!))))))
