But then I noticed that I didn't know what it meant to clean the hairbrush after combing. My hair was hardly falling out and growing normally. Since I also take vitamins and use more complex methods simultaneously, I can't say for sure about its effectiveness in preventing hair loss, but I believe it helps too.
