Franck Olivier Black Touch Eau de Toilette

This product is not long-lasting at all, it disappears within two hours. The scent is very peculiar and my partner and I did not like it. I was expecting a typical "masculine note," but it just smells like tar, carrots, and damp rags. That's how I perceive it, unfortunately.

The scent is very vibrant and distinct, and it lasts long enough for a toilet water (approximately over 4 hours). I bought it without testing it, relying only on the description, and I am satisfied with my choice.

I bought this perfume for my boyfriend. The scent is very strong, not for everyone and definitely not for young people. I didn't like it.

I usually don't leave reviews, but this time I had my doubts... I ordered two fragrances from FO, Black Touch and Night Touch. I have no issues with Night Touch - it's great for the price, long-lasting and has a good sillage! However, I do have some concerns about Black Touch because I have ordered it a few times from Make-up before.

The packaging seems fine, the air-tight cap is also present, but the sticker on the bottom of the bottle is not the same as it used to be (see attached photo). Furthermore, the scent itself has lost its strength and is not long-lasting (only 1-2 hours). It's also not noticeable on clothes after 3 hours... The scent was never really similar to Terre or Blackberry before, but now it's completely different! If it had any resemblance to Terre, it's probably only around 10% with a slight vetiver note. As for the blackberry, it's also maximum 10%, and there's some sweetness that appeared... Conclusion: if before this fragrance was worth purchasing for everyday use, now it's not even worth the small amount of money they ask for it! I do not recommend it. The scent is average, but far from being a masterpiece. It seems like they diluted the classic Encre Noir three times and added a touch of Black XS. It's quite ordinary, but not unpleasant. It might be suitable for a low-maintenance user.

Not worth its price. Disappointing. It doesn't really evoke any disgust, but it's just mediocre.

Finally got it :) because it doesn't appear often. The impressions are pleasant - indeed, at the beginning, there is a lot of incense, then it becomes softer and more spicy, there is cardamom, there is geranium, at the end, you can feel vanilla, musk, and patchouli (how can you do without them), but overall, it's a story about vetiver from start to finish, but with a leaning towards the darker side for me - darker than Terre d'Hermès, but without the same inkiness as Lalique. I can recommend it to everyone who enjoys vetiver, smoky, spicy-woody scents without testing. For lovers of sweet, floral, gourmand, and fresh scents - definitely not, because it is the opposite. Those who are looking for an alternative to Encre Noire - also no, because the main highlight there is the scent of ink, which is not pronounced here. The same goes for those who are looking for a more budget-friendly version of Terre d'Hermès - after all, there vetiver is deeper and sharper (in this regard, you can look at a very budget-friendly and, of course, simpler option than Hermès - Ellysse Genius - it is 90% similar in the base and, by the way, long-lasting).

I have 2 versions of ink - Sport and A L'Extrem, as well as Terre D'Hermes in EDP. So, please don't be offended, Terra. There is absolutely nothing of Hermès in Black Touch (well, maybe just a tiny bit). Upon the first test of Black, I noticed a reference to Acqua Di Parma. As an alternative, it definitely has its place. I have no regrets about the purchase.

I don't know who can detect ink in this scent... I specifically chose it because I'm a fan of ink... It has nothing to do with ink, the fragrance Black Touch. It didn't even come close, as they say. Yes, there are some similar notes to those of Hermès, but still, it missed the mark. In my opinion, it's a decent and unique fragrance, nothing extraordinary or special about it. I didn't notice any significant development or lasting power on the first day. Overall, I expected more based on the numerous thematic reviews. It will be added to my collection for the sake of variety.
