I purchased this product as part of a set, along with mascara and serum. The mascara arrived dry. The makeup remover caused an allergic reaction (burning eyes) and it does a very poor job of removing regular mascara, leaving dark spots under the eyes.

I have mature, very dry, dehydrated, and easily irritated skin, with occasional rosacea flare-ups. As a result, not all products suit me. However, I have been using this product for many years.
