I am not sure about the rating, as I have been using this product for a long time and always bought it in a store. This is the first time I ordered it here, and the bottle is different in design. I don't know why this is the case, as the photo showed one thing, but I received something else!

Perfect for porous, fluffy hair. I tried the shampoo and conditioner from this line for the first time, and the result is amazing! There is no dirty scalp effect, as mentioned in the comments below.

I bought the entire line from CHI and I have to say, it feels like I just walked out of a salon. My hair is actually extensions and it's very stiff, with the ends sticking out in different directions. After trying this care routine, I can notice the obedience, softness, smoothness, and the incredible scent. So, I highly recommend it.

I am purchasing this shampoo for the second time. The first time, I bought a 355ml bottle to try it out and I was satisfied. The scent, consistency, and cleansing qualities are excellent. It meets all of my requirements. The first time, it didn't lather much, but the second time, it lathered much more (just as it should).

A little about my hair: it is quite porous, thick, and occasionally frizzy (due to new hair growth). At the moment, my hair is bleached. My scalp tends to get moderately oily, and I usually wash my hair every 2-3 days.

Personally, this shampoo is perfect for me because I was looking for something that is not too mild or too aggressive in terms of cleansing agents (surfactants) in the shampoo's ingredients, and I found the suitable one with CHI. I was especially pleased with the second and third components in the ingredients, as they have a beneficial reaction with each other and have a long-lasting positive effect on the scalp.

I must mention that not all CHI product lines have mild or medium surfactants. In many of them, the surfactants are quite strong.

For those who have the problem of "hair like straw" or "hair that is too stiff after washing and impossible to comb," it is necessary to use a conditioner. It is preferable to use one with silicone in it. This is because the shampoo effectively cleanses and opens the cuticles of your hair, leaving behind beneficial substances found in the ingredients (proteins, oils, etc.). All you need to do is seal all of this with a conditioner. Depending on the level of frizziness, choose where the silicone should be in the ingredients list (if there is a lot of frizz, silicone should be closer to the beginning of the list). And yes, if you don't see "silicone" listed, it doesn't mean it's not there. Chemically, anything that ends with "-cone" will have a similar effect to its main component. If there is not much frizz, you can find a conditioner with silicone in the middle or towards the end of the list. Just make sure it's not at the very end. It is ESSENTIAL to use leave-in treatments such as sprays/elixirs/emulsions and, most importantly, OIL!

For those who write that this shampoo dries out their hair compared to other brands, it is not the shampoo drying out your hair, but rather that you are likely not nourishing them enough. This shampoo does not contain silicones (unlike most other brands), so it doesn't have that pronounced "softening" effect... Don't forget that the purpose of shampoo is to cleanse, not to soften. Any trichologist will tell you that. Therefore, choose individually based on the condition of your scalp and hair.

It did not work for me at all. I bought it because of the great reviews and I was disappointed. The hair is stiff and dry along its length, and it is impossible to comb whether wet or dry. By the evening, the roots become greasy (usually I wash my hair once every three days). I was able to restore my hair after two weeks of using products from other brands. I wasted a thousand hryvnias (I bought the entire care line).

After almost four years of using Chi, I can confidently say that this haircare brand damages your hair. I have tried the infra, argan, and keratin lines, and all of them eventually dried out my hair. They are only suitable for occasional use, like styling for events, where they can provide a good effect. However, as a regular haircare option, Chi is a very poor choice. I don't think I will ever go back to using this brand. Goldwell, on the other hand, is superior in terms of quality.

Since I had never used products from this brand before, I decided to order CHI products to try them out and receive the pleasant bonus of the silk serum as well! The total amount of my order was 2465 hryvnias. However, when I received my order, the promised gift was not included. Instead of the promised bonus, they included a cream from the "Clean Line" range. The conversation with the manager was also disappointing. It turns out that they did not include the gift because at the time of placing my order, the gifts had already run out, even though the advertisement was still on their website! They didn't even bother to call and inform me that the promotion was no longer valid.
