I am very satisfied after the first use. My skin is lighter, cleaner, softer, and more delicate. There is a slight unpleasant smell, but it is only at the beginning.

A great product for mild skincare issues.

I used it before, about six months ago... I remember liking it, but then I switched to another product. Recently, I had a terrible allergy to a new eye cream.... I didn't know what to do... I remembered that there is such a miraculous balm, found it and applied it before bed..... and voila--- in the morning, half of the skin problems were gone and most importantly, the swelling went down (I also took anti-allergy tablets at night).

Now I have returned it to its rightful place among my favorite products.

Application recommendations:
Since it is very greasy and poorly absorbed, I recommend applying only a thin layer to problem areas (just a little bit) or another option is to apply generously about 2 hours before bedtime - then gently dab the face with a dry, clean paper towel. The excess will be absorbed by the towel, so you don't have to worry about the balm getting all over your pillowcase.

I also recommend removing it first with a hydrophilic oil, and then with your regular cleanser.

I have been suffering from hormonal acne for 10 years - this is one of the few products that REALLY HELP.

Dryness, cracks, eczema - it will heal and moisturize. The scent is tolerable. A good product.

I am very satisfied with this balm! I apply it directly a few hours before sleep, and then I wash it off. It effectively dries out and within a few days, the inflammation significantly reduces or even disappears. I highly recommend it!

This is a really great product that effectively reduces inflammation without drying out the skin. I apply it directly on the affected areas before going to bed. However, I must admit that it doesn't absorb completely and can stain the pillowcase, but the results make it worth it.

It's just okay. No "wow" effect. Dries out the skin. I used it to fight occasional breakouts, endured its repulsive consistency and smell, but it didn't really impress me with its effect. Even salicylic acid works better. I won't be getting it again.

The consistency is terrible. At first, it wipes off with yellow water and then becomes a solid base. It's greasy and can't be washed off with soap. It doesn't absorb into the skin. I have no idea how people can sleep with it; their pillows will get dirty and everything will get smudged.

The balm dries out, almost to the point of itching. I applied it thinly before bed for several days, but in the morning, dryness and itching started to appear, and with each day it got worse. I stopped using it, and it went away. Now I use it no more than once every 3 days and only spot treat for a few hours, washing it off with face wash. It works for small inflammations, but for sensitive skin, caution is needed. It didn't help with dermatitis on my hands.

Consistency: greasy, as if with micro particles... I don't really like this, it feels "heavy" on my skin due to its texture... I prefer lighter creams.
But the effect is amazing!!! I'm finishing the tube and will definitely buy more.
It makes my skin incredibly soft, and after regular use, my skin becomes clear and I have fewer breakouts.
And another plus is that it's great for seborrheic dermatitis (which I have a little on my cheek, it's seasonal for me) and it works better than expensive products.
It soothes and reduces itching.
In short, it's my lifesaver.
It's a good product, and I'm happy with its ingredients.
I definitely recommend it.
And the tar smell doesn't bother me, because I have been using tar soap for a long time, so I'm used to it and don't really feel it anymore. But at least it's natural!

A little miracle. I'm very happy that I finally bought it. It dries very well, even the tiniest imperfections, but it can also slightly overdry - so don't forget about a gentle scrub. It's probably thanks to the good tar in all of this.

It really works - apply it on pimples overnight, and by morning they dry up very nicely, quickly disappearing. It's a great thing for problematic skin, and it's also very economical.

This balm is simply a miracle! It is the only one that helped with my psoriasis.

I initially bought this balm for my husband (as he gets frostbite, the result immediately appears on his face). However, he didn't like it, even though it had an effect (it doesn't absorb, forms a film, and excess needs to be removed with a tissue - well, what can you expect from a man =) Recently, my mom had skin problems, specifically on her legs. She was busy at the dacha and developed a considerable rash from various insect bites. She didn't know what to do, she says it was horribly itchy (and it didn't look very pleasant either), and it didn't go away for about a week and a half. I gave her this balm, and she was skeptical, thinking it might make things worse. In the end, just a couple of days later, she enthusiastically told me how wonderful this balm is, how it saved her, and that it's worth every penny. So, without a doubt, this balm should be kept in the house as a handy tool, at least for such unpleasant situations.

My husband and I use it for our back and hand skin after showering. It dries out and eliminates breakouts, but as far as I can tell, it doesn't have a cumulative effect.
