This shampoo is suitable for oily hair, eliminates itching, and prevents the appearance of pimples on the scalp. However, it is not enough to combat demodex with just one shampoo.
The shampoo is excellent. It dries out, which is good because the tick likes our oily scalp. But here, after using it a couple of times, boom - a desert of cleanliness! Die, pathetic tick, and all other fungal creatures.

My husband has been suffering from pimples on his scalp for many years. They would come and go, sometimes very severe and sometimes subsiding. Honestly, I didn't even know what it was. He didn't want to go to the doctor, so I had only one option. I read on the internet and suspected it could be demodex (subcutaneous mites). After a week of using this shampoo, he complained to me that it made his head feel dirty. I convinced him to continue using it... And when he saw the results, he started washing his hair with it constantly and rejoicing. He has been using it for 2 months now, and the results are amazing, only some marks from the pimples remain. Therefore, I can say that it helps with demodex!
Unfortunately, it did not suit me.
The shampoo doesn't foam as much as I would like, but it does fulfill its healing function. Dandruff has reduced by 100 times!!! I first wash my hair with a sulfate-free shampoo to remove impurities, and then apply this one. The scent is light and not unpleasant. I recommend it for prevention and treatment.
The shampoo lathers well, but after 2 uses, a tooth went missing, and dandruff is still present.
The price for 100ml is a bit expensive considering that this product has zero effect. If you have inflammation and itching on your skin, using this product will not change anything; you will just waste your time and money. The only positive aspect is that the product lathers well.
This product excessively dries my oily scalp and over-dries my hair. I have to use a lot of conditioner to detangle them, but even then, it doesn't completely help. However, I personally didn't experience dandruff, and it lathers well, so I'll give it a plus star for that.
I was very disappointed with this shampoo! It claims to be anti-dandruff, but it actually made my dandruff worse. I had to use other products to treat my dandruff for another 2 weeks.
The shampoo itself reminds me more of a shower gel. Unlike the soap in this series, it has a distinct smell, but unfortunately, it doesn't work as well as the shampoo.

I had been struggling for a long time to find a solution for my hair problems. I tried different shampoos and even took antifungal tablets, as well as visiting dermatologists, but my hair kept falling out in clumps, my scalp was incredibly itchy, and by the end of the day, it would become greasy. Stop Demodex didn't provide immediate relief, but after about a month of use (as the instructions stated a treatment course of at least 45 days), it finally started to help. My hair has stopped falling out, and the itchiness has subsided. Though my hair still tends to get oily, it's not as fast as it used to be before using this product.
In the first week, the hair loss really diminished and the itching subsided, but after another week, everything went back to how it was before. The shampoo itself is simply terrible, it even dried out my oily hair to the point of being like a sponge. I give this shampoo 0 stars for false hope.

This shampoo is great for preventive care. I have used other products from this series and I am very satisfied.
I always have dandruff at the beginning of a new season. I have used various pharmacy products, and this one is the cheapest but just as good. It tackles the problem excellently. There is one downside for me though. After coloring my hair and washing my head with this shampoo, the dye quickly faded. Now I first undergo a treatment course and then color my hair.
