This pencil is awesome, I bought it for my lash line and it stays in place without smudging. It's also great for the waterline. The most important thing is that I don't feel any heaviness on my eyes or experience any redness. With cheap pencils that cost 100 UAH, I always have this reaction, but I got this one on a good discount for 440 UAH. 750 UAH is definitely too much for a pencil. I have the black color.
I had a pencil of this brand in a purple shade - I do not recommend it. I bought it on sale and was disappointed - it applied unevenly, with gaps, and had poor color payoff. I do not recommend it!
