A very aggressive lotion. I do not exclude that it may be suitable for people with very(!) oily and thick(!) skin, but for me it caused terrible dehydration. My skin started to look burned and weathered, and the problems only worsened. Although according to the description, it should have been perfect for my skin type. I also used the moisturizing cream from the same series, but it didn't improve, it got worse. Perhaps such aggressive products should only be used under the supervision of a dermatologist.

I have never experienced anything similar in terms of effectiveness. I have purchased the cream gel and this lotion from the same line. I have been using them throughout the winter. My skin becomes clean and breakouts decrease by 70%. Closed comedones completely disappeared, and my complexion became more even. The product can be drying, so don't forget about moisturizing. Use it in courses because it can actually harm the skin since it contains acid. The effects are long-lasting and it's clear that it targets sebaceous glands. Currently, I use it once every 2-3 weeks (not during the summer). It greatly helped my husband with his back breakouts. That's how it is.

All the positive reviews about this lotion are true. It really cleanses the skin excellently. I use it in combination with other products from the same brand: my complexion looks better, fewer breakouts, cleaner pores, and smooth, polished skin. I use it once or twice a day. To preserve every precious drop of liquid, I transferred the lotion to a glass bottle as it is not as convenient to spray it onto a cotton pad.
I am using it on the recommendation of a cosmetologist (in parallel with azelaic peeling). It works great for subcutaneous breakouts (the ones that are internal and impossible to physically remove). I recommend it to everyone. It doesn't dry out my skin, unlike salicylic-containing products. For now, I am using the tonic by itself, but I might add the cream from Sesderma. The tonic is slightly tingly (definitely suitable for damaged skin, but acceptable for intact skin). It also evens out the overall complexion, which is a bonus.
I only use it at night. If during the day, then it's a must to use sun protection and moisturizer. It works well when used together with the SALISES facial cleanser, as recommended by a dermatologist.
I recently discovered Sesderma. I came across the Azelac lotion and Sebovalis cream. In terms of ingredients and sensations, they are probably even more effective than pharmacy potions.
